This location used to be awesome, the last few months it has gone downhill. I’m currently in line for breakfast and have been here 15 minutes and there are still 6 cars ahead of me until I get to the window. Maybe it is staffing issue but it’s hard to sit in a fast food line for 20-30 minutes when it makes you late to take kids to school.
I ordered a sandwich with a regular fried filet for delivery with fries. It came the fries were soggy and barely even full. The sandwich was a grilled sandwich and not a fried one.I called the store and I was very polite about the mistake. They sent someone again for the delivery and I had the exact same issue. It was a grilled sandwich and not fried. As well as soggy fries that weren’t full.Disappointing. Even was assured on the phone that my order was being taken care of.
My family had the chicken sandwich meals. Everything was tasty including the fries and lemonade. We used the drive through. Speedy and efficient service.
Service was fairly fast. Food was ok. They left off part of our order but didn't charge for it.
Usually this cfa is pretty good. But this recent experience wasn’t great. They gave us a wet drink carrier and made us wait over 20 minutes for our gallon of sweet tea. :(

It would benefit this location to have spicy chicken cooked and ready each morning for the spicy chicken biscuit. I should get a clue probably and stop going here because I always have to wait for it to be cooked and brought out to me.
This chick fil a is horrible they will consistently get your order wrong and when you have to drive up to the location twice to get your order correct the manager will come outside just to be rude I asked if they could remake my order since it was already cold from having to deal with the staff twice and the manager said no not going to happen so I should spend 27 dollars at your restaurant just to have my order messed up twice and be punished for it with cold food yeah thanks chick fil a great customer service I went ahead and gave the rude manager the food back and got a full refund I will definitely be spending the extra gas to go to the new location that opened on west villa Maria they don’t get orders wrong all the time and have nice management as well.
Usually a person is in and out if here in minutes. I've been in the drive thru line now for 20 minutes, about to be late for work. What happened? I definitely won't be back.
First off, compared to other chic fil a places this was an awful experience. The person at the drive through was rude. They don’t even have the full chic fil a menu. Then when we tried to get our receipt the guy responded with “you’re good” and told us to pull forward without giving the receipt. When we get to the window they don’t have any food ready and we have to wait in a parking spot for five minutes. This happened with everyone else too, they had no food ready for anyone..
