We had a waitress that wasnt friendly,and she asked another waiter to take our table,his name was Joshua! He was very nice and had a great attitude! Too bad all your employees aren't like Joshua! So if she sees this I hope she gets her attitude right! Until Joshau took over our experience was very dissappointed! A dissappointed customer!
Got the tacos al cabon and was very impressed! This is one of the only restaurants where a side of queso comes with this dish at no extra cost and I’n very thankful :) It allowed me to enjoy my meal a lot. Quick service, even for our group of 10+ people.
Love me some good old Mexican food. I used to get the grande meal all the time and loved it! Edit: holy smokes the wait time has improved! It was already pretty great, but now it's like 4 minutes!!!
Sorry service. One waiter the manager said he was the best. An then wind we got our food everything was cold if their was a option to give half a star I would.
The food is delicious, and the wait staff are always friendly and professional. We met my cousin, traveling from Wisconsin, for lunch at Casa Ole. When she arrived back home she wanted to mail me some Wisconsin cheese. My cousins husband accidently used the casa Ole address to mail the cheese because he thought it was my address. Anyway, I want to give a big shout out to casa Ole for keeping the cheese in the freezer until I was able to locate what happened to it. Yall did good!!
My wife and I have eaten at this place quite often. We absolutely love the food and great services we receive. Our favorite thing to get is the fajita ole’ for two. The flour tortillas are were and so tasty. Thank you staff for making another pleasant experience for us.
Over the years I have had them many many times. As it is one of the favorite places my dad likes to go. Over time the menu and choices have shrunk which is not a huge deal to me as I usually get the same thing most of the time, occasionally changing it up. Occasionally the food is not up to par but I would say 90% of the time it's good. Friends and family have lost there favorite menu items with the downsizing and I understand it to some degree as it is just business might suggest bringing back dropped menu items from time to time as I'm sure they would probably sell well on a limited basis
