Not a good experience. The drive thru individual failed to inform us that they were out of ice before placing our order. When at the window they gave us a drink without ice, which isn't terrible, but at least let us know beforehand. After giving us the order we were told about the ice. There were two orders of fries only one was filled. We thought they were in the bottom of the bag....not there. We paid for two fries and only received one full and a second with a trace at the bottom of the container. Lastly, my fish sandwich or at least that's what it was supposed to be. The fish was so dry it was rubbery and inedible. I don't like fast food but will try it on occasion during travel. This experience gives the hard-working fast food industry a bad name.
Burger was good. Asked for crispy fries. They were cooked fresh, but not completely done.
The person in the drive thru was very patient and friendly. We got in and out very quickly.
Seven o'clock in the evening, and they were already out of sweet tea for the night. Ordered four mozzarella sticks, got three sticks and a chicken nugget. Asked for extra sauce that I did not get. Will not be going back.
Food was made correctly \\u0026 tasted great! There wasn't a transaction ID on my receipt to put it in for my app rewards. I asked the cashier for help, but she really couldn't help so I missed out on getting the points ? Other than that, the food was delicious \\u0026 staff was friendly ??
Most Times When We Come The People Is Rude And The Food Is Always Messed Up...This One Person Who Was At The First Window He Was So Sweet He's Actually Sweet Everytime I Come
It's burger King. You get the quality you're used to, but does have friendly service at this location consistently.
They have the lights off so you can think is close and they take too long for your order even when you're the only one at the drive thru.
FYI: THIS IS my fault but I went to get the deal meal and quirky advertising gimmick. The Chase Hudson meal.There is a stipulation you have to order on the app if not they charge you the price of each item.I just drove up. And didn't realize you had to place order on the app.
