Muy mal servicio en la Ubicación de Alton gloor, mas de 1hora esperando mi comida, y no era la unica clienta molesta, habia varios clientes que habian recibido su comida mal. La gerente nos atendio con muy mala cara.
Unprofessional! I order and paid my combo over the phone for dine in, they told me it was going to be ready in 10-15min. I got to the place 10 min later, let the people know I was there. They told me it was going to come out in a min. My hour lunch passed by and yet my order wasn't ready. I had to go back to work so I went up to the front desk and it seemed they were not even aware of my order. Asked for a refund and left. They not even apologized for wasting my time and my whole hour lunch. Got back to work without lunch.
Very Bad Service. Picked up my order and once I got home seen it was wrong. Spoke to a Natalie and she said they would remake my order. I also mentioned to her that the 2 girls taking the orders were using profanity amongst each other as I was grabbing my food. I believe she said her name was Jennifer when I placed my order. The wait time was ridiculous. Just very bad service. Will definitely not return to this location

The food is good, but the wait time is horrible. Every time I have gone it has been for dinner and it has taken minimum one hour to get my food. The food is fresh, though, so there's that. My opinion is that the size of the kitchen is not adequate for the amount of traffic they get at that hour. I like that the website/online order form allows you different ways to customize your order.
Flavor was good. Price was a bit pricey for the quality of the wings. I personally wouldn't have this in my top 10 wing spots to choose from, but when all the main ones are full, I'd consider it

I placed an online order for the 24 pack consisting of 16 lemon pepper and 8 atomic classic wings. I went to store #647, the person who greeted me was eating at the front register, told me my order was being packed. I waited about 3 minutes, he called my name. I asked if the extra ranch dressing i ordered was included and he responded, 'it should be.' So I roll his word. I got home, the extra ranch dip was not included and i only received 6 of the 8 atomic wings. Poor customer service. It's evident there is no quality or quantity control being done at this store.
