Whats up with the service? All employees on the phone there was literally no one in the restaurant and it took one hour when they said it would take 20 minutes.. I get my order and it was cold! This is pathetic. Wings were also really hard. I hope higher management sees this and makes a change in their staff.
So I just placed an order to pick up at 6:30pm today, ordered the 20 PC boneless and green beans. Well picked up the order left to eat with my family at the park, ends up being they forgot the green beans. Called it in and told them, so they said come back and pick it up. I'm like no I'm eating already,refund me my money,guy says I can't its an online order I'm likeso what.and he said I'll give them to you for free,how is that if I paid for them. So i want my refund and now he told me it'll take 3 to 5 days to see it in my card.

One hour for an order of wings. Restaurant is under staffed.
I ordered two 8 piece combos and the cahiers couldn't find my order in the system and when they gave me my food both wing combos were cold and overcooked. I didn't complain cause I don't like to be that person and if I did it would have taken another 20 minutes to get my order.DONT EAT HERE
For me personally, the only thing really good here are the fries. They always slather the wings in sauce which can be overwhelming sometimes.

I went to this location and placed an order. Was told the wait was 15 minutes. 30 minutes later no staff was in sight, no cashier/ hostess or cooks. Two customers waiting to put in their order and phone was ringing and ringing. I have a "I don't give a shi+ attitude " and walked in the back. Well lets just say the staff was doing things they were not supposed to bedoing.
