Horrible management waited an hr for my order and people who order after us received there order first (management said the missed it ) asked for a refund since our order hadn’t been started after 1 hr of waiting asked for a cash refund they were unable too now I have to wait 3-5 bd for to receive my money back all they had to say was sorry we missed it

Always an issue when you order in store, online, or on the phone. Order being wrong by everything. Wing amounts, wrong flavor, or not having the flavor or item. You get to store and you find out after you place your order and have to wait longer. Goes as far as even only having Coca Cola can cokes. You eat there and cant get a refill. Got to buy another one and only that 1 choice . Bad customer service.
Love the seasoned ? & not to mention the rolls & wings ? but the service is the worst!
We used to order and pay when I was picking up but that has been changed. Now they wont take your order unless you pay. And you have to wait. Hope they found a way to fix that.
Food was good. Had a long wait plus I didn't get the dips I ordered and paid for.

I love WINGSTOP yet I dislike this location so badly. Fries are always burned from the outside yet under cooked inside, called manager stated to go back and they would change my fries. Yet if I go back my other food gets cold. I changed store location now Wow what a difference even the customer service is good.
