My family was received with a great smile from Mgr Joe Ramos, order was very hot n delicious order was made exactly as we asked for it. Me n my family loved it n we will be coming back for more.Thisvwas our first time here n we loved it
The burger patties were burnt, the fries appeared to have been cooked to perfection until we took a bite. They were hard as a rock, and the lemon pepper bone-in wings gave my daughter diarrhea. Please stay away from this restaurant, they even told us that there was a two (2) hour wait time for boneless wings. Where are the owners? Maybe they have expanded too rapidly to the point were this location is being neglected. I would like to point out that it wasn't busy nor packed, so what's the excuse? Awful, if I could give it ZERO stars, I would....it was so bad, my family and I have no interest on a make up order and/or a credit of some sort. Once again, please stay away, and forget about our support for future fundraising food plates. Good luck, sincerely submitted.
First of all...I do not like to leave bad reviews, and rarely do, but we used to like this place, and have given it another try now and then over the last year, and the customer service is just horrible. Like other reviewers have stated, the employees seem to be in high school, or fresh out of high school and do not care about the customers. Last time there last month, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and that is what I got. It did not taste like Buffalo Chicken whatsoever, and when we complained about the order, there was no apology, not from the waiter or girl at the order counter. A few months ago, also visited during a Cowboys game, and there was no toilet paper in the women's rr. I asked an employee if someone could please put some in the rr...and it took about another hr and another customer complaining of the same to place a roll in there. Will not be returning to that location.
If you like waiting an hour and a half on food then this is the place for you. Horrible service. Every person employed here seems to be either in High school or fresh out of High school. After getting our food I asked this guy why so long...his response, "It's cause I have a lot of Togo orders" then walks away. No sorry or we will try to improve on getting orders out sooner. Nada. Just a rude little kid. No real management was seen. Take your money to Boca Chica location instead or to Wing Stop. Absolutely ridiculous. Visit was on 02/20/22
Terrible service. Feels like all the local Wing Barns compete to see who can do worse than the others. Lazy employees who purposely avoid answering calls. When they do answer, always attitude and a long drawn out sigh. It’s almost baffling how consistently terrible they are. As I’m typing this, I’ve called 5 times. No answer. Last time I spend my money there. Have some respect for yourselves as customers and avoid this place. No need to go through all the hassle to order wings.
MUY MAL servicio, las empleadas prepotentes y groseras. Los teléfonos suenan todo el tiempo y no contestan se van y los dejan sonar, lo más ARROGANTE que puedes ver... Pedí una orden y tardaron 2 horas, y no tenían más que 3 mesas ya comiendo, pero ellas jugeteando con los cocineros... Jamas regreso....
The fries are amazing to start off with and the wings are good as well. I had the chili cheese hotdogs and it wasn't bad at all.
Waited an hour for 5 boneless wings and a burger. Staff and those 2 girls in the front seemed to be all over the place and gave attitude when I told one of the workers “when would my order come out”. If you don’t want to work don’t come, simple. Don’t come here unless you want to wait forever for wings.
Food was good.... clean dining area...the only thing staff could be friendlier.... not even a thank you.... Olmito restaurant is better
Everything was delicious. Only thing was they forgot some of my food on a curbside but they kindly delivered it to me. As I was already home when I discovered the missing fries and sauces. Thank you! Keep up the great customer service and food!
