Lately… I’ve have been finding myself eating at this location. Why you may ask? There is this one worker named Adrian who brings excellent customer service. He is always on top of his game and is super welcoming and making sure everything is perfect! I hope to go again soon, hoping ADRIAN is there to help take my order. This guy needs a bonus/raise or something for his spectacular work. Keep up the DANG GOOD customer service Adrian!!P.S I’ve made this post a 5 star because of him and the service he provides, but the wings were great to by the way!
Having a good night, decided on wings. Just didn't expect to wait almost an hour to get them. Asked wife to be patient but thankfully she didn't listen. They never called our name but our order was up front for who knows how long. Had to have fries redone cuz they were soggy and not hot. When a mistake like this happens, You would think it would be made up somehow. All we got was an "I don't know what happened?"
Disappointing experience. We waited ~40 minutes for our order, but it was a busy time so understandable. We got our food as soon as it was out, but it was lukewarm and definitely cold by the time we made it home. The wings had a weird, chewy texture and they messed up the toppings on all three of our burgers. We ordered three meals, but they only gave us one ranch. The burgers, even though they were wrong, tasted good while they were warm and the fries were okay. Overall, pretty bad wings and unpleasant experience.
Terrible service. Feels like all the local Wing Barns compete to see who can do worse than the others. Lazy employees who purposely avoid answering calls. When they do answer, always attitude and a long drawn out sigh. It’s almost baffling how consistently terrible they are. As I’m typing this, I’ve called 5 times. No answer. Last time I spend my money there. Have some respect for yourselves as customers and avoid this place. No need to go through all the hassle to order wings.
MUY MAL servicio, las empleadas prepotentes y groseras. Los teléfonos suenan todo el tiempo y no contestan se van y los dejan sonar, lo más ARROGANTE que puedes ver... Pedí una orden y tardaron 2 horas, y no tenían más que 3 mesas ya comiendo, pero ellas jugeteando con los cocineros... Jamas regreso....
Food was good.... clean dining area...the only thing staff could be friendlier.... not even a thank you.... Olmito restaurant is better
Fountain drinks were unattended, Pepsi was more water than Pepsi, the orchata and melon aguas frescas had a weird taste, some other sodas were not available, so we were limited to certain drinks only, oh and when we asked for one of the beers, the guy taking our order told us he couldn’t sell it to us because they were expired…. So we were like, why are they visible to the public then, this same person taking our order was really nice and he actually helped us as much as he could, I could understand that he was trying but it’s not a 1 man job, props to him.Food was ok nothing extraordinary, this is the first time we tried wing barn it will definitely be just for an occasional thing to do. The best thing we had and enjoyed was the fried pickles, really crunchy and flavorful.

Never again will I go to the location on Pablo Kisel, they are incompetent in completing orders, they will literally have you waiting over an hour because of their excuse that "They Misplaced the Ticket". Mind you that was the managers excuse and his idea of saying sorry was giving coupons. I would never recommend that location to anyone.
Waited just about 1hr. , 45 minutes to be precisely . Waited In dining area for order to eat there and when food finally got out , fries were cold not even luke warm, wings same way, cold, like they had been sitting in the kitchen for a couple hours. Only hamburger meat was warm. Very disappointing on food quality and its temperature, had been a long time since i had visited here and definitely quality has gone down dramatically, at least on this visit. Nothing what I expected, so for future reference don’t expect a hot meal the first time around. Had to send it back to be reheated. Not in my top 10 list of wing places. They Have alot or room for improvement.
