I love Whataburger restaurant's. I visit for breakfast and sometimes lunch or dinner as well. Everything is good. And I love their app that you can get free items by earning rewards. Everytime you visit you scan your app and every 5 visits you get a free item. French fries, shakes, taquitos, onion rings, and several other items. And as often as I go, I'm always earning free items. Woo Hoo. Jocelyn the manager at the west Tyler is a very hard worker and has a great time. We followed her from another location to this one. And if something isn't right with your order, she will make sure your taken care of.

This whataburger needs so much practice.. look at this presentation of this burger yes toasted bun because I wanted it to be fresh, hot and melted as it should be. But pittaful flat hardly lettuce 1 lousy tomato and 1 pickle. What is this McDonald's geez! For being a single burger looks pittaful.. you can be your own judge there is no pride in the making of this burger!. Thats why I go to the one in Port Isabel, TX that's why I drive the extra Mile for a better tasting, great presentation burger.
No matter what time of day we go and order, they always take forever. I wouldn't mind it if they always got the order correct, and the food would be nice and hot, but that isn't the case.
I love my patty melt extra burn and extra dry, and some old cold hard fries ?
Definitely not too great today. Food took longer than it should; but instead of being fresh and hot, it was dried out and lukewarm. Won't go back to this location any time soon.

It’s What-A-Burger, need I say more? You can’t go wrong with this one, staff is very friendly and deliver orders in a timely manner. #21 Breakfast on a Bun Ranchero Style is a good pick for breakfast.
Food was good but the conversation and wonderful service we received from Jessica was above and beyond!!!! She is an asset to this store and I will definitely come back. Kuddos to Jessica!
