So I just stopped at Whataburger and ordered a #4 all the way, order # 315756 at 133 pm Saturday 23rd and as I was driving down the street I ate the fries and then took a couple bites out of the hamburger before I realized I only had a regular burger. So I turned around and went all the way back. I gave them the bag and told them I just wanted my money back. So instead of being professional and returning all my money I was given only for the hamburger NOTHING FOR MY GAS OR MY TIME AND INCONVENIENCE!! This is also the 2nd time that you have completely ruined my meal! I will never return here! I am going to be posting to my almost 50k followers on Twitter! Your welcome!
It has gotten better with customer service that's for sure, my order is always fresh and delicious.
The staff taking the order in the drive thru was nice. The order itself sucked. This has happened before at this location (once prior). Stale tasting fries and dry hamburger, not the usual for a whataburger meal. If you ever want to show off a good tasting Whataburger, do not bring them to this location.
We have to wait quiet a while for someone to take our order. Then the order took also a quiet time to get to our table.
For some reason this location is always underperforming compared to others. Multiple wrong orders that you hear the customers complaining about. Don't bother with ordering ahead online at this location as you still have to wait a good amount of time after the stated time to receive your order I've waited over 20 mins from my scheduled time. You're better off with another Whataburger location in the area.

Wonderful people here I don't eat at the whataburger by my house I travel through traffic just to eat here . The managers are sweet and are always welcoming and helpful, worth the drive just to be treated kindly
