They forgot the grilled onions on my sweet and spicy bacon burger... but once corrected, it was still good.

Always good!!! Had Whataburger with cheese, grilled onions and grilled jalapeños. Yummy!
I always get great customer service at every Whataburger locations, but tonight was nothing like it. The cashier who attended my husband & i was extremely rude, impatient & lashing out at us. I asked if the total amount was for one meal & the cashier Nancy lashed out saying “Well what did you order!?!” “Are you going to use a coupon or not!?!” Then i said you know what where’s your Manager. Manager was respectful & understanding. I will not be going back to this location again because i will not tolerate disrespectful people.
First time trying this place, it was awful. They got both my order and my husband’s order wrong, when they corrected my order, I found a hair in my husband’s french fries. The meat patty is so thin you can’t taste it, I felt ill all evening. I will never eat at a Whataburger again
Personnel was ok, but a whataburger with no coffee is perty bad. I think evarybody is concentrating on drive thruInstead of ur that we dine there . Not even decaffeinated. Its bad
Always check your order, especially if it's through the app. They have missed items on many occasions including fries, dressings, and ingredients
At this particular whataburger the prices are the same but the food came a little cold and the bun slightly burned. And this isn't the first time! This has happened 3 times to me now. That's my last trip there!
One combo came with onions despite clearly asking for none and then repeating it twice because wifey can't stand them. The other combo didn't include the extra chicken patty I asked and paid for. The order was corrected but the extra time going inside meant cold soggy fries when I got home. Didn't eat them.P.s. Parking is ample.
