The restrooms here are always occupied by the employees. Been here on numerous occasions when coming back from Mexico and always have to make 2 stops. One to eat and another for the restroom. I wish they could add more stalls!!!

I’m not sure what was going on with Whataburger today?? The service was awful. I ordered through the app thinking it would save time but it seemingly made it worse. Not only did I have to go inside the restaurant to check on my order but even then things were wrong. The chicken strips I ordered were cold and tasted old. The fries were even worse. I spoke with the manager but it didn’t help much. She was trying to push the orders out but things were still bad. I’m giving a 2 as a good gesture because when we do eat at this Whataburger, it’s not bad. I feel like the 40 plus dollars we spent was a waste of money.

I love whataburger especially the one on international since it is close to home and work. Last nights crew really disappointed my remarkable experience, I don’t want bash anybody or get any of the team members in trouble because what ever the case might be I still appreciate their effort and service. It started with bad customer service in drive thru with an crazy 40 minute wait time in line. Then a shirt less man was walking back and forth near the customers that were waiting impatiently honking behind me. After that, I was given a meal poorly wrapped nearly open with cold fries all over the inside of the bag and a shaggy cinnamon roll upside down in the container. Then window lady was didn’t had the curtesy of asking me if I needed any condiments or any skill of customer service she almost seemed as she didn’t want to be part of that shift. Boys and gals let me tell you what, some one is dropping the ball big time with this free stand unit and it all starts with the managers/supervisors miss leading the rest of the team !! Step it up my friends I wasn’t gonna drive back and have you guys deal with an angry raving fan. I wonder what happen to the speed of service, or the cleanliness, and quality of food. I’m sorry but we as costumers might not have the idea what it is working behind the counter but make it happen guys work together as a team Aces in there places and grab the bull by the horns. Hopefully this will mark a point because at the end of the day it’s about building each other not breaking one another come on guys it can be better.

Always missing something or wrong order, frequently cold or old oil used. When they replace the messed up order it’s always better but still usually wrong. They say they never have receipts to give. Always a frustration with it, takes away from enjoying our food all at once. We’ve thrown it out a couple of times and just taken the loss of money.

Overall descent whataburger. Last couple of times they've been getting my order wrong and they're supposed to give you a complete new order instead of giving you the same burger and just adding the cheese or jalapenos they didn't add, but it's whataburger and the food is good. Otherwise not a great experience.

We usually frequent whataburger in Harlingen and haven't been to this particular location in a couple of months.Whataburger in harlingen is usually lacking in many ways. This Whataburger, however surprised me because as soon as we ordered we literally got our food about 30 seconds later right to our table! It was pretty awesome to see that.The customer service was exceptional and we had service and our food as quick as possible which was awesome because we were in a hurry!An employee brought us a tray immediately to offer us napkins, ketchup, salt and pepper, etc They tend to greet you in Spanish here which makes sense because it's right close to the border in the southmost/international area. No biggie as they are all bilingual which is awesome and we're bilingual. I would definitely return to this location. This restaurant location in particular has really restored our faith in Whataburger in the valley.We only have two small gripes about the food: although the food was piping hot, my cheese was not melted on my burger. Which is a pet peeve of mine and also my wife's burger patty was missing about 10% of it looks like it cut off and they could have just replaced the Patty with a full Patty.

I ordered the chicken strips meal with a coke. Took forever in the drive thru, but understandable given the hour I went. I had several issues with my order, starting with the way it was packaged. My drink almost fell when I got home, but it wouldn't have mattered since I was given diet coke instead of the coke I ordered and it went in the trash along with my money. The gravy was put in sideways and spilled onto my fries. The chicken strips were the biggest disappointment. They were way smaller than the last time I ate here. The only good thing about my meal were the fries, which were unexpectedly good given that they're usually cold, hard, and flavorless. Overrated and bad service.

Onion rings were horrible, really bad service. Plus they took very long to give me my order. Tried to call them but they never answered.

I went to get WB me and my wife been waiting to save money to eat at Whataburger and when we get there they ask us for our name for when we get the order n we paid in the drive thru and they ask what name I told her and she still gave me my wrong order it was not even mine so what's the point they asking for our name if they still give us the wrong order n we had to wait for my order
