First time at a Wendy’s and most likely the last. Ordered a Double Big Bacon and only received a single patty, with a hair on it. Had to return that and lost my appetite. Then I get my baconator fries and instead of small bacon pieces I get bacon strips. Am I supposed to cut it up myself? My kids didn’t even like the chicken nuggets. I guess the only good thing that we got were the fries.
It had been years since I had a burger from Wendy's.I won't stay away that long ever again.... YUMMY!
Good food and frosties but they changed their 4 for 4. Now its called something else and price increased 1.00. But other than that its good food and service.
Honestly Great restaurant, fast service, friendly staff,and little to no wait for meals.
It’s been a while but decided to come here today for lunch, big mistake I guess they precook the hamburger patties because my order came out with in a minute of ordering it. The burger buns were cold the patty was cold and dry as if it was cook awhile ago or it was microwaved, will never come back.
Their food is great....their what time though is horrible. Mobil orders and drive through orders are made once you reach their pick up window. Appears that they have the employee numbers; they just haven't found the right groove to move faster.My mobil ordering kept failing. Once I walked in, I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes. The clerk came out of the restroom laughing at the fact that there's was a line of customers waiting to place their orders.I was told that their online/ app service was down. I ordered in person two 10 piece nuggets and two shakes and walked out with two 8 piece nuggets and the 2 shakes. I live out of town so by the time I checked the count, I was too far out to turn around.
I've gone here for many years, and one thing I 100% suggest you do if you get take-out/drive-thru is CHECK. YOUR. BAG(S). Sometimes the orders are placed incorrectly and on certain occasions have been missing entire drinks/meals completely.Other than the problem listed above, there's nothing else wrong with this place, the workers are compliant and polite, the food tastes good (especially since the 'always hot and crispy' fries rule was put in place.) and it's usually the one of first places I recommend when me & my family get take-out, it just sucks how many times I've drove up here and got home only to realize someone's missing a drink. In our family, the person who sits in the front passenger checks the food instead of holding the line while the driver does it, either way, be careful with big orders (like family-sized orders) and check if everything's there. It usually isn't missing anything, but it's always important to check.
Friendly service and the good ear really good. There was an irate customer there and the manager handled it very well.
1.99 biscuits are so delicious loaded with egg ? ? bacon ? or sausage. They are soft n hot . The coffee ☕ was super good. ?.
