Service was bad, food was cold, orders were forgotten, refills were asked from 3 different personnel and yet still took over 30 mins; however gratuity was included for a party of 4! Never again.
I made a reservation for Sunday brunch 2 weeks ago but whoever took the reservation didn’t record it. Very disappointing but never again. Grapevine Cafe it is!!!!
Came in today for Panchos and the Ultimate Bacon Burger. Both very good, ordered at the bar and had prompt service by the bartender. The place has a nice sports/relax ambiabce. I recommend it! Might come back soon on a Thursday for a Karoake night ?

It's alright. Nice place to go and hang out, Sunday's it's quiet. I have been there when they have a live band and its nice. Tacos are good.
Two bartenders and only one server (which was one of the bartenders). Food was good, but it took an hour to get our food.
Great food and great atmosphere and awesome service!!! Our server Joe was very attentive. Highly recommend this establishment. Got together with my friends for our Christmas party.
I was told that they had the best burgers in town. So here I go hoping to get a.really great burger. Well, the meat was tough, I asked for mustard and NADA, the cheese did a disappearing act and the veggies.....one little leaf of lettuce, a slice if tomato the size of a silver dollar, one onion ring and two dill pickles. It was pitiful to say the least. Oh and the fries were cold but looked like maybe they had sat under a hot light or in a warmer all day. The best part of the meal was the Chile toreado that came with the meal. We spent.47$.on four burger combos plus a 20%+ tip. The food was awful and we won't be back. I do not recommend the Palm Lounge.

Burgers are still the beat since I was a little girl, did not know it was remodeled. Very nice, but waiter was not attentive. Food was great over all...
