Called to confirm non-dairy milks: soy, almond, coconut and almond.Iced Soy latte was much better than the lattes I had on the island.I was surprised by the chocolate covered coffee bean. At first sight, I thought it was an odd foam bubble.Nice sipping lid and they still offer you a straw without asking.
They have a delicious green tea smoothie that I definitely miss! Came to San Antonio and have yet to find anything similar than that delicious drink. Only missing a star because the food doesn’t taste that good, it’s pre packed cold and you can tell because it’s cold in the middle and warm on the outer parts and its really messy. But the drinks are great.
On 6/9/22 I took my daughter to purchase a green apple blended red bull the pricing on the menu said they were $4.25-$5.75, roughly, I may be off on the change some. We were asked if we wanted a 16 or 32oz and she wanted 16oz beings that it appeared to be the cheeper listed price. When we pulled forward we were charged $7.04. When I questioned the girl working on the price all she said was that it’s expensive because it’s Red Bull and then asked if we still wanted the drink. We said yes but that the listed price should reflect what you will be charged. I do understand tax would effect this but not by almost $3. The drink was also poorly made and didn’t seem to have any flavoring at all. I could have bought her a 16oz can of red bull for $4 that actually tasted good. Complete waste of time and money.
this place was okay when it first started, had no issues with it. after hearing how they treated their past employees and the amount of drama and immaturity of higher ups behind the scenes is absurd. not to mention the way they reply to certain people in these reviews says a lot about their character. horrible owner (Manuel) horrible management (Georgina). They should be embarrassed for how they act, act your age. Staff acts like they don’t want to be there and coffee tastes like water. Not even the coffee can make up for the horrible place.
I really liked this place when they opened and i kept coming back. Each time service declined but today was the worst. I ordered an iced coffee americano like i always do and my coffee was old and short changed my drink should have had 5 shots of expresso instead it was an iced less water down drink. I also requested a baked good, like i have done so in the past for my kids warm and the cashier stated they do not warm the bake goods... i told her they that it had bee. Done before she is like no we do not do that here. I hate to say this but they lost my business, atleast if i wait at the other chain coffee shop i get exctly what i order.
I love this place it’s got the sweetest people and delicious coffee and tea! Fans of the Seinfeld comedy show will appreciate and get a chuckle with the muffin tops on the menu. The food is delicious as well. I would love to see them add some vegan butter and cheese products. They do have almond milk. You get a cute little chocolate covered coffee bean on top of your drink its a nice “little thing” touch that is so lovely.
Decent place for a coffee…if all your first choices are too packed. Had a rude boy take my order, he didn’t help me during my visit, it was my first time. Was excited to try the snowy mocha but was let down. Too much ice, powder wasn’t mixed in correctly…I could get better coffee at a car dealership or a bank. I hope they correct these problems so we can give them another chance but not any time soon.
First time going ti the bean and everyone was so welcoming. As soon as I tasted the recommend drink I had to write my review. Got a Mexi granita drink.
Great + kind customer service! We were informed on every flavor, had all questions asked for what drink would best suit my cravings! Better than starbucks!! Whether you want a sweet treat drink, a sweet coffee, or even simple strong coffee they got you covered.
Simply AMAZING!!!Phenomenal staff with the highest quality of customer service that I have received in a very long time.The entire store feels very personalized. With every holiday or season, they add small touches on the cups/bags personally handwritten or stamped.I have come across the owner of the store twice at the location (one after Thanksgiving) and he is highly involved with making sure the customer is satisfied. On one occasion he personally asked me to taste my drink and if I didn't like it, they could remake it. On the other encounter, he gave me a free drink so that I could try it because I asked what the difference was between two of their drinks. How amazing is this?! To have the owner work alongside his employees and ensure the customer is getting what they want! This explains why his employees have all been awesome.And on top of all of this.... Delicious flavorful coffee, scrumptious muffin tops and they carry multiple sugar free drink options!!!Needless to say, they have gained a long time customer. Thank you and Great job to everyone at this location! ?
