Food was ok. My order was wrong. We had to wait in the pickup line for over 20 minutes. Everyone that was in line after us all got their orders first. It wasn't until I asked about our order, did they bring it out. Awful service! On the good side and my reason for giving it 3 stars is that my husband really enjoyed his Father's Day tacos.
Food’s good, service is terrible. 80% of my customer service experience with this place is bad. Employees always seem angry or exhausted. Always feel like a bother when I have to ask for stuff they missed on my order. In situations like this it’s easy to blame the employee, but having worked in the service industry bad management, short staffing, or inadequate pay could be factors.
The food is very good, as always. My order was wrong also as always but still very good. I like corn tortillas and theirs are exceptionally good, but I'm regularly served flour still tasty but I'd prefer the corn. Anyway, as I stated the food is very good but parking lot is an alternate universe. It is better entertainment than a movie theater. Seriously, I have no clue what the deal is but it's worth while just to sit in your truck and watch the shenanigans. And a quick Hello to my fellow taco fan in the white mini van that kept honking at me to leave my parking spot, 1- I was waiting on my son to come out with our food. 2- Now that you've honked I will sit in this spot until I die before I move. ?
Excellent food, quick service, delicious!We got two Fajita Plates (one with beef and the other with chicken). I can't decide which was better. The corn tortillas were hot, soft and fresh, so good. The rice and beans were really tasty and the guacamole made it even better. I have always heard that Taco Palenque was good. Now I know for myself!
Partial order was wrong, and was not corrected even with the receipt.The workers I encountered wanted everything translated to spanish while ordering, going over received order & asking if they had sweet tea available. Manager needs to train employees you don't attempt to take the customers food away while they are eating it if it is correct, you take back incorrect order. Great food, bad service!
Consistantly good , staff cleaning at every syep in accordance with sanitizing needs. Food excellent and staff friendly
Delicious, fast food style, serving up quick Mexican cuisine. Would of got a 5 star but there curbside pickup is basically non existence at the particular one I visited.
The service was very welcoming, explained all their deals. Highly recommend to all the new travelers to stop by and have a delicious meal. All the employees are ready to serve customers.

Great breakfast tacos. Really good. Recommend them. The only drawback is that they make you wait in line on the side road after you already placed order. Waited about 10 minutes. If you're willing to wait, then it will be worth it.
