Very unorganized. Placed order for 2 coffees and ended up waiting 10 mins to receive one and another 10 mins for the 2nd one. Also watching others who placed their order after me get their order sooner.

It’s like a family here. You go in and see people you know from the community, but the partners are part of the community too. Expect to get known and bombed by enthusiasm. Great attitudes all around, great leadership, great teamwork. They inspire and nurture the human spirit—one person, one cup at a time, until they spread through the whole neighborhood :)

When ordering a Café Latee- Ask for an extra shot of cafe’-as it can be (my gusto) too milky w/o a good Starbucks aroma. Upon receiving the Order it has been way too milky without that unmatched Starbuck’s aroma for the last two visits. Upon mentioning this to the staff- they replaced my cafe with a better brew. However, next I will request- 2+1/2 café shots. I’ll let you know know if I’ve finally reached my caffeine plateau of euphoria.Thanks to the clerks who aim to please and to assure everyone gets a good brew!

Ordered on the app and they were having issues and they had run out of what i ordered BUT the baristas were so nice and accommodating! one of the baristas made me a sample of two different drinks to see if i would like them to accommodate for being out of what i order and i loved both & now have more options to order! this Starbucks is the best one in brownsville hands down!

Everything in my order was given correctly but the staff were a lil rude when my boyfriend was talking awhile to decide what he wanted (we don't come often) the lady was rushing us and being pretty rude whenever my boyfriend asked a question about the food or drinks, we even had the courtesy to go inside to have time to decide and not drive up there drive thru time.

My daughters purse was stolen we were one of the last customers there for the night …My daughter went back and the employees said they didn’t find nothing when asked if they could look at the camera they said they didn’t work only the once in the cash register.. when asked for a supervisor none were available.. can someone please help me find a way to locate someone who I can talk to contact number … the employees there were acting very shady and didn’t really want to help us …

The worst service ever. Was in line for about 45 min. Then while almost at the window I saw the lady hand over some coffee to the vehicle in front of me. Only to have them give it to her after they had already had it in the car. When I get to the window the lady hands me the coffee to which I asked (is this the same coffee you just gave the car in front of me.) And she said no it was a different one. And rolled her eyes. (Yeah right) different one,whatever ?. With all this covid situation you would think they would be more Careful about these things. However, they could care less. Well I tossed the coffee. I didn't even drink it. Waste if time. Waste of money. And horrible customer service ?????????

Norma at this Starbucks is freaken amazing! She is SUPER efficient and accurate! Excellent customer service! Norma deserves a raise!

I have a disability where I have hearing loss. It is very hard when I go pick up my orders to be able to hear them. Then when I ask if they call me they get an attitude. If they didn't have the music so loud on 10/15/21 where I could barely hear the cashier. I am standing by the mobile orders because I placed my order in the app. Be considered of those with disability.

On days I don’t want strong coffee but still want a little bit of caffeine their decaf americano is the BEST coffee hands down. This is my late night go to when I want a pastry and coffee after work on my way home.
