Along with his customer service skills Randhy is a very knowledgeable Barista that can capture exactly what your craving. As for Soverign, this coffee shop lacked nothing. Very knowledgeable staff. Sovereign is THE best coffee shop in Brownsville. THE best local coffee shop in the Valley. The baristas are so friendly, they ask about your day and they go above and beyond to give great customer service (something we aren’t known for down here). The passion shows in each cup. There are pre made brews as well if you want something quick. Merch is awesome. Wish they had lemonade/smoothies though. 10/10.

I enjoy coming to study here. I always feel welcomed and the best part is the their amazing coffee. The coffee prices are affordable and the coffee is high quality.
Baristas and service were great. Coffee was good. Had an Americano and a flavored latte suggested by barista. Both seemed a lil weaker than my preferrence as far as flavor or espresso strength. No significant complaints tho. Will try again.
The atmosphere is relaxed and trendy. The barista was super friendly but kept forgetting my order. I would have given the place 3-4 stars if it was not for the overall value. (Pricing, taste and service).There is no pricing on the menu and I ended up paying over 20 dollars for three drinks (two small and one large). Seemed pretty excessive. I tried this place because of all the amazing reviews but I think there are better places to get your coffee for the price

Great coffee and wonderful staff! We were only in Brownsville for a couple of days but would definitely come back here the next time we visit!
