At first glance place is beautiful. But that's about the extent of the pleasantries. Waitress, can not remember her name was not very good. It took forever to get whatever we asked for and when she brought the items she pretty much threw them on our table and left. My son's order was completely wrong and when he told her about it she argued with him and told him that he got what he ordered. My daughter in laws meal was undercooked and my pizza was overcooked.I've been a Chef for almost 20 years and 15 of them were in Italian restaurants, so I think I know about food and customer service.Definitely will not go back.
My experience here was horrible. I really wanted to love it but the food was just not it. The inside of the restaurant looks fancy and nice which is why I gave it a shot. First off, the coke I ordered had a weird after taste. Then the server came with complimentary bread and olive oil dip of some kind. The bread was hard as a rock and on top of that, COLD. I didn’t complain because it was free but then the food came. The presentation of the food is amazing, super fancy. But when I looked for my fork in the red napkin, I got a whopping smell of old clothes smell. It grossed me out. As I took a bite, I noticed the sauce was watery and the spaghetti was over cooked. The meatballs had a weird taste as well and ended up not eating it. My significant other had the chicken Parmesan and his taste worse. The chicken was black and rubber looking. It makes me mad that $41 went to waste. Don’t waste your money or time please.
Not much to say, it was terrible. Ordered a hawaiian pizza, one piece of meat per slice and maybe two to three pieces of pineapple per slice. It was close to being fully burned, it was dry, thin and hardly any cheese on it.
My girlfriend and were seated to a booth. 10 minutes later I get up and ask for a waiter because no one came to our table. When ordering drinks they were out of almost every soda. When we received or food waitress never came back to check on us. She was to busy on another table looking at a video on a dinners phone. At this point we asked for our food to go and left. Maybe 5-6 people in the whole restaurant. Food was good. But the service ruined the experience. Haven’t gone back since.
Worst service my family and I have ever gotten. We asked for a 16” pizza, two large slices, and 10 wings. The large slices looked old and stale. The wings came out second and they were decent. But the pizza never made it to the table. We waited for an hour and a lady whom I believe is the manager came to our table and told us that our pizza was taking a while because it got “stuck to the pan” and they had to remake it but that it would be out shortly and that it would be free. We waited even longer and my kids were already fussing and we were getting very frustrated. A lot of different waiters and workers would walk passed our table and not even acknowledge us. We decided we had had enough and we asked for our tab and got up to pay. The lady at the cash register told us she had already removed the pizza from our tab (I’m not sure how she knew about the situation) but of course she had to remove the pizza from our tab, we never got it to begin with! It was just a big waste of time and money! It was our first and last time!
First impressions are very good, nice looking place. Then the process started.... Sat at a table needing to be cleaned so had to stand awkwardly while waiting. Had to ask for utensils after appetizer arrived. 1 order was incorrect, and the other order (see picture) is still questionable on exactly what it was that I ate. Supposedly Chicken, Spinach, and Ricata Manicotti is what was inside accordingto the menu. Really disappointed for a $18 & $15 pasta dishes. Two star is for the fact the pizza was actually good.
I order a pizza half and half (meat / pepperoni) and instead i got a pizza with everything on it. Waiter said it was the kitchen fault. He was really slow to attend us and he was really distracted. Pizza was good wings are good peach tea not good
Good food. Good atmosphere. Had 50% off appetizers when we went. Parking is small.
Pizza was OK, good quality sauce and cheese, I ordered two 16 inch pizzas and I was very disappointed at the amount of cheese and pepperoni. I expected way more for 20 dollars a pie, the box is heavier than the pizza itself for gods sake. I can't recommend this place and not ordering any more food from here
Food was horrible, ordered garlic bread at almost $7.00, got a stale end Italian bread saturated in a fake garlicky flavored oily mess, not toasted which didn't say it was, but at $7.00, I expect real butter. Pasta was over cooked and starchy, sticky pasta. Asked for meat sauce and needed a magnifying glass to find the few miniscules of beef. The vegetables weren't small or crushed, large pieces of carrots and celery. no salt or pepper, barely any spice or flavors... waste of time and hard earned money ... don't bother!!!
