Waitress name Arina said we will have 2 side dish come with us as free, she suggest we order Lobster Bisque Bowl, we though this is free, but it's appears $5.99 in our receipt, the soup was super salty, we only consume one spoon.Lobster, mussels and coconut shrimp are very delicious, we love it.Toilet is dirty and smelly.
The staff was horrible. The wait times were super long and there were plenty of tables. There were about 4-5 servers working the entire restaurant which can definitely achieve a decent level of customer service if done right. The servers took forever to take our drink and food orders, forgot part of our order, never took us refills, and couldn’t even get us our check to pay. The service manager was working and only went to the floor once. Multiple tables including ourselves had to go to the front counter to ask for our check to pay. Will not be returning to Red Lobster.
First time in Brownsville looking for a good seafood restaurant ..Although there was several available but we chose Red Lobster for it's public familiarity name..we were glad we did..our waiter Ruben was great!..He was helpful, patient, prompt, and a great attitude! Coconut shrimp/ fried Cod combo plate for $15 was delicious! Enjoy!
this was our first time since covid to eat out. it was a disappointment from start to finish. the management could have told us there was a large private party in progress and the chefs were all very busy. i would gladly have come back another day. we ordered the special. 2 lobster tails, 2 steaks and a baked potato. it could have been prepared by someone who didnt care because it wasnt that good. we didnt even get the mac & cheese side that was part of the meal. we did tip the waitress as it wasnt her fault.
Took my entire family there for dinner, after waiting 10 minutes to even be noticed, mind you we had 4 children and 6 adults, before being seated we were told they were out of bisquits. We were there for dinner, so I whatever that's fine. We get our seats, several other people are seated after us, getting bisquits.... when asked they told us, well see only had 15 left, excuse me there are only 10 of us..... thanks for serving people in the order they came in.... would not recommend for families apparently.

What happened to this place? This used to be our family's go to place and now it's just a shadow of its former self. Smaller portions with expensive prices. We ordered curbside delivery for $44 dollars, and they only gave us 4 small biscuits for the whole meal. Are you kidding me? Do you guys really want us to dine in while a pandemic is still raging across the country? Last time we order to Red Lobster, at least here in the valley in Brownsville, Tx. Congrats on getting a two rating out of five because you people are so greedy on giving little to no biscuits for curbside. Four biscuits for a family of five. Greedy awful restaurant.
