This place need to do some upgrades in their men's bathroom immediately, I can't speak for women's bathroom but as far as men's the place is falling apart. In my opinion in any restaurant kitchens and bathrooms should be the most hygienic places always.
It wasn't busy yet they forgot to give me half of my order. Ridiculous.Update: was able to get my items after going back to the store.
Chicken to dry also chicken wings are too small just like Kentucky's I never buy at puppies but I figured that I would try it. Not very satisfied with the taste. No wonder the place was empty on a Saturday.
They did not honor the box meal special advertised constantly on tv that I drove there for. I left and won't return and waste my time and gas again on bait and switch type tactics. Churches does this too!
Worst chicken ever hard and dry and no flavor. I wanted to treat my biracial kids some delicious Popeyes not this one. Waste of $ and sadly to break my diet for such nasty food. Never again ?
I ordered solo 12.99 chicken but they charged me 13.99 because i dont have a coupon, not only that they added gravy even though i said no gravy just solo chicken and charged me even more, thankfully i dont get mad them and drove off peacefully even the cashier and manager looked and chuckled at me when i got my order at drive tru, i dont want to argue to them but i hope they dont make fun of people who are ordering foods from them its kinda sad actually…
Ordered a 10pc meal in drivethru & when arrived home found chicken to be all dried up and mainly skin and bones. Called mngr and he said he would replace the order on my next visit. Went by at a later date and manager on duty had me waiting in line until he could contact the 1st mngr and then tried to charge me for sides. Will not be going to this place again.
Honestly, if I feel like having a chicken burger and I’m hungry I’d rather get it from here. Food has always looked good, tasted great and it’s fast.
Sad...crispy sandwich. It was not served the way it is advertised. Got a sandwich with 3/4 0f the crispy batter off. Manager was to busy to answer my call according to the employee. Just wanting to provide concern of quality that goes out. Which could help and be used to provide feedback for employees during training etc.QUALITY IS WHAT WILL HURT THIS FRANCHISE not the known food .
Overall a good dining experience but what I don't understand is how they did not have any Marconi and cheese available at 4pm. You would think they would have some ready to serve.
