Dirty, lots of games not working and some of the ones that were ripped you off. Ordered pizza and wings wings came out way later but the pizza is always great

Good food needs to work on product a little more though not cheesing properly and need work on the cooking time. Arcade room lots of fun but maybe try and upgrade to card swiping it will make it easier not to carry tickets.
Came on a busy Friday evening to celebrate my daughter's birthday. They did have tables already reserved for parties but still enough tables for seating. Only down side was many of the games were not working or eating the coins.
Service was good. The pizza is not all that Great, “‘My Opinion” Kids had allot of fun. We stayed there about 4 hrs. Salads are Delicious.
It's a shame that this business has gone down. We asked the cashier about food allergies and their allergen menu, she had no clue what we were talking about, so we explained to her what my son could and could not eat. She still offered us food, saying the dough didn't have one item but then went on to say it comes with butter. It's still a dairy item he can't eat. We waited 15 minutes to get someone to come to the carousel to let my kids ride it. The employee had an attitude and walked off after the ride when we told him that the machine we were playing while waiting, owed us tickets. The restaurant is dirty, you can smell the bathroom while waiting for the kids to ride the kiddie rides next to them. The employees behind the prize counter seem like we owe them for being there, rude and not helpful. I didn't see anyone sanitize any of the areas in the play room the time we were there. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience. Even My 5yr old daughter wasn't impressed. We took her there to have some fun on her birthday, and it turned out to be a bad idea. We went there because it was the only place open at that time.
My kid said it best - “this is chuck-e-cheese for grown-ups.” Pizza + games + beer. Large dining area perfect for birthdays and big groups. Sometimes games aren’t working - last time we lost several tokens to games that were not functioning - today my son only lost coins on one broken game and all others worked great. There’s really only one major complaint about this place and that’s the ear-piercing announcement of each and every order ready. The person calling out the information over the speaker system when pizza is ready is WAY TOO LOUD - and no one can understand what she’s saying either, so it’s just an excruciatingly annoying interruption every couple of minutes. Great place overall, just bring your ear plugs so the announcer doesn’t make you deaf ??
I love the games and the food, but sometimes it's so packed with people is hard to hear my own thoughts, it depends on the day and time I guess
I got the 2 for $24 "deal" against my better judgement since I thought the taste of good pizza would outweigh being ripped off. I was wrong. Not only was the pizza way smaller than the last time, it was overcooked, the sauce was non-existent, and the crust was too thick in an unpleasant way. Truly the worst pizza I've ever gotten from here. Also, dining in is the worst experience ever since unmasked children run around spreading their bodily fluids and accosting strangers while their guardians sit and do nothing.
Pizza is alright, half of the staff is ok the other half don’t care no more, place is a rip off to your money specially with the tokens, more than half of the machines are broken, either don’t work or don’t ever give tickets, 2 out of 5 machines you try work, when you find one that work it never has tickets or they are jammed, if you had a good prize in tickets the guys that come help you just give you some coins or a few tickets and that’s it, not coming again, I rather have my kids play in their electronic devices and buy them better pizza than this ones, also are good was thrown away even when our personal belongings were on the table, I was going to take some pizza home and some to the guys asking for food by the expressway, but I guess not today, horrible service. It used to be cool and they used to care back when I was a kid.
