I usually go here because I became very comfortable with this specific McDonald's. Dirty tables? They clean them when they have a chance. Got something wrong in your order? They try their best to take care of it. There's no excuse for any mistakes they make, but it's also understandable. For any non-patient people reading this, I know you won't agree with this review in the slightest because this is coming from someone who is patient. Being patient is how I'm able to tolerate their mistakes and understand and still have a good experience here. This would've been 4 stars, but they got a working ice cream machine!
Never go through drive-thru. They take forever. I like to order through the app and get curbside. It's usually faster.
Gave me the wrong order and took the food back even tho you cant take it back because of covid 19 and they also took forever and they were so rude I'm not gonna go back anymore the other McDonald's were better.
I gave you store single star but you need to understand that you business deserve - ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆, just in case you do not understand it minus 10 star. I spoke with Irma yesterday because they got my order wrong they forgot the hash browns. Well I went today for a replace will they got the order wrong again. I told them I order a sausage McDuffie meal and they screwed up again. I got a Biscuit with sausage and the got me the hash browns. Irma maybe I will just have to talk to the area supervisor maybe you will hire pompitant people.

Horrible horrible service, food I wouldnt recomend this McDonalds what I would suggest is to retrain everyone on that shift! Food Is cold hard edges like it was the day before food (fish sandwich) all edges hard and the fries all hard too and cold. Not to mention desert ughh. Hard as a rock then the employee says would u like for me to put it in the microwave?... seriously! Came out gross I had to throw it away. Was the worst $22.00 I spent here. Makes me mad that even if you work there you dont take pride in what you do.. my question is if you served as you did would you eat it?. You all tend to forget the customer pays your check at the end of the week!. Yet we are the ones that pay for it in a bad way getting old cold food. Was just bad. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS MC DONALD'S AT ALL... unless you want to throw your money away then by all means go for it. I will not return to this one. Even management never showed her/his face in all the complaints I had I had to get up 3 times for different things. It was rediculous..
