Either fix intercom or staff that can hear at the intercom Drive-thru we repeated our order 5X's and we asked for it to be repeated and kept getting it wrong. Geez I just can't figure that out. Was agitated with the service and yet after repeating they forget to our condiments I asked for Buffalo sauce after she repeated it. And still forgot. OMG!

Good service 2 drive thur in this location is great. The best part they had ice cream at the time made my kid super happy. Restaurant was clean and staff was going around asking if we had everything we needed.
Food and service are OK but wait times are long, specially the drive-thru, today was specially bad, it took 15 minutes to go through it!! Time to look for another location with faster servise
Ordered a number 7. My buns were so hard and dry. OMG. Never again will i go to that one....fries were hot but looked like they reheated them. I would never in life serve people food like that... And i asked for ketchup and gave me 2 for 3 meals....
Coffee was NOT good. Food was hot & fresh though!!
McBurritos were very very bad, we’re not prepared well, service was not taking care of people dining in and they were more worried on take out customer coming by car

I just went to pick up a coffe and it is disgusting. Both the coffe and the presentation, they didn’t even provide a straw so that the mouth doesn’t touch the dirty lid
