Always smells clean in store and never had a wrong order
Great pizza and great customer service.
Pizza was disgusting. Our kids, after eating half, saw the box had old pizza baked into the box and covered it up with the pizza. As if they reused an old box. Crazy bread was hardly cooked. Again disgusting.
The dip dish had no flavor. Not satisfied with this order. Other times it’s the best pizza ever!!
They are way too nice and have an amazing service. And the employees really care about others.

Ugh. This place was my go to LC, but lately it’s as mediocre as the rest. Ordering on the app has lost its convenience as the wait is eternal despite the app alerts stating the orders are ready. The pizzas aren’t quality made anymore, they look as ordinary as the classics despite paying more for EXTRAMOSTBESTEST. I won’t be making the inconvenient drive to Alton Gloor anymore because their pizza and customer service is now trash!
I had bought a pizza and as I got the last peace of pizza I found out their was a bracket of some employee. I called them and told me that I had to bring the pizza in but it was already the last piece and had proof of the bracket and the manager told me nobody wears braces here……
Been a client for years but had me waiting 30 mins for a deep dish while 20+people came in anda left with their pizzas in the end with another pizza bad experience so far i request a free deep dish with all dippings and a pepsi
