Terrible service! Waitresses with such negative attitudes. We had a reservation for a birthday today. They wouldn’t give us plates for the cake which I understand. But napkins! They wouldn’t give us napkins! First they claimed they told the person making the reservation that they don’t provide plates or anything which was a complete lie! Then they said “the owner says he doesn’t get anything out of doing that.” And they told my grandmother “if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else”. We’re shocked! We had been coming for years! Every family member’s birthday! We will definitely not be returning! Very disappointed in their response.
Very distaste customer service. I had a birthday dinner for my mother and I, and everything went well until we asked for napkins and plates for cake. They denied our request, after we, a party of many people, are paying for their services. We became upset and they told us the REASON was because the OWNER does not gain anything from giving us free plates and napkins. NAPKINS. I understand plates, but napkins? They (owner and servers) also told my grandmother that if she did not like this, she could leave. We didn’t let this ruin our night, we worked with what we got but that was bad service, none of us will be returning. I guess that is what the owner gains.
I went to this place because they recommend it, first and last time that I go to this place, they never give us our pizza after I seeing order coming out after ours, we wait patiently for an hour until we decided to leave, because apparently one of the waitress confused our orders. I am a decent person and that’s the reason I pay my tab, I guarantee that 80% of people that have this issue in any restaurant will be leaving the place immediately without paying a cent or demanding to talk with a supervisor. But I don’t have time to do that because my kids were hungry and they want pizza, I received a better service today at Pizza Hut, than this place.Thank you, but not again. You lose a new customer today.Poor service.
Terrible service. I ordered a cauliflower pizza for my children. The waitresses never stopped at the table until I asked what happened to my order. After an hour, they said she had made a mistake and delivered the cauliflower pizza to other customers who arrived after us. My kids were hungry and they were hurt by the poor service. My husband was kind and paid for the drinks and his order. What a disappointment we will never return to that place. This is the first and last time we go.
Pasta is not properly done nor cooked. Same for empanadas. The fill is not bad but the dough is really bad and not properly cooked. All together a very bad experience. We were originally panning to bring our group of seven couples every Friday but is definitely out. Won't recommend this place to anybody that knows about Italian food. The wine we brought in was excellent.
