Very rude staff I asked for honey for 4 biscuits after being told to move forward and wait for our food and she threw 18!!! packages....18!!! in the bag just another way of saying f*** you I suppose. Ha! ?
I went to KFC today for lunch. I ordered a chicken little meal a pot pie meal and an extra chicken little on the side. Instead of individually wrapping the sandwiches like they NORMALLY do they decided to wrap them all together. And the paper wasn’t even big enough to hold all 3. This is literally how I pulled the food out of the bag.What if that extra chicken little was going to another destination? Should I have handed them their food without a wrapper because your staff decided they didn’t want to wrap an extra sandwich? Do better, stop cutting corners.
I Went through the drive through. My wife order a $5.99 meal and I asked for a small cup of water. At the window the GM is working and charges me $8.85 I asked thats doesnt sound right. He doesn't say anything so I asked did u charge me for the cup of fosid water, he than states yes. I was like wow please give me my receipt. So he has to print the last 30 receipt he has not been giving to the customers before he can hand my over and sure enough he charge me for a médium drink a mountain dew at that $2.19 for a small cup of fosid water. I then went inside and told him, ok fine! so you charge me for the water, ill pay for the fosid water but why did you charge me for a médium cup when u gave me the small one. Like the kids meal type. He then states that is the médium cup And trys to give me a large cup as if he's doing me a favor. Of course I didnt grave it but this is to let the other customers know to get your receipt at this location and take a good look of what this people are charging. Online the médium cup for KFC say its 20oz. Well I have a full bottle of water 16.9 oz and put it in the so called "médium drink cup" and the bottle of water still has about 2 oz of water remaining. So he sold me a 14 oz cup for $2.19. This is high way robbery. Pictures are on the bottom.
Chicken was raw literally red blood oozing out told cashier about it offered to switch it for another yet still the same I hope I don't get sick from this otherwise you'll be hearing from my lawyer
My chicken was half cooked no napkins threw it all out. I love KFC. I will not go to this one again.
The girls that work here take their time to start an order for Uber eats and I've been waiting over 30 mins for an order and the manager just stands there and doesn't do anything to help speed the process
All of my pieces were extremetly greasy extra crispy. It was hard to find the actual meat underneath all that. I was not given napkins, plates or ketchup. I ordered mashed potatoes and received mac and cheese. The key pad to enter your pin was discussing. All this for almost 20$. An expensive and nasty meal.
very bad service. took 25 min to get the order so they ask you to park ahead and wait. also i asked for sauce and catsup and they forgot or didn't care. next time I'll go to the othe KFC @ Boca Chica st. I get better service there.
You need better staff, with better patience for fast food customer service. That they don't get mad when telling them in a nice manner, they are missing stuff in their meals to go.
No Ice tea, sweet or unsweet, no drink carriers and I ordered 4 of them so had to leave 2 there afraid they would spill in the car then I get home and realized that I got a sad two piece combo that didn't look appetizing at all!!?♂️
