Food was fresh, milkshakes were amazing, and customer service was on point!
Horrible experience run by 16 year olds that need more training. To begin with, they got the entire order wrong. And it all came out to be very expensive for stuff we didn’t order. To top it off I had asked for a simple task for them to sing happy birthday to my uncle and they could not deliver, they said they were busy but honestly a lie they were just too shy to do it. I honestly am so disappointed. First and last time eating there! Oh and the restrooms were disgusting.
The veggie burger was a good 7/10, but what really made it good was the caramelized onions. I'd for sure eat here again.

Food was good, but the price was outrageous and the service horrible! One waitress for the entire restaurant and a bill of almost $100! What happened to the happy faces and dancing this place used to give. I'm very disappointed.
Really enjoyed the chocolate milkshake! Spouse liked the hamburger. I had the BLT - didn't realize the bread would be grilled (and, therefore, greasy!) The bacon wasn't completely cooked.
Space is limited inside for dinning, customer service good and friendly, overall family friendly atmosphere.
Service was not Great! We haven't been here in years. Decided to take my kids so that they can try something new. Booths aren't wiped down, dirty, greased, ketchup stains. On the table under the jukebox SUPER DIRTY!!! Filled w crums and old food. Restaurant smells dirty too... Server didn't even get the order correct. Stuck around cuz we were starving. Food was alright. But will stay gone again. Wasn't worth the wait.
Great atmosphere, the service was fast add friendly. Perfect for a casual family dinner or even just hangout with friends
I have never been to Johnny Rockets before but I saw the had the impossible burger so I was excited to try it out. The burger was just okay. It was pretty much flavorless. I also ordered a plant based vanilla shake as a treat for my daughter. That was horrible. Didn’t taste anything like vanilla. Could only taste some nasty sugar syrup and plastic. Do not recommend. Also, it was $10 for this thing! I expected maybe $5 or $6 since it was plant based but $10 is ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Staff wasn’t very friendly either. Only until I left did they say bye and thank you for coming. ?
