The time that we went was good I think abt 2ish. I got a wonderful waiter and I'd like to give him a shout out his name is Marco thank you for our Anniversary Ice cream. And for his service is very nice, he recommends dishes unless you chose different. We ordered Angel Hair Artichoke added Chicken I loved it because it was not mushie nor over cooked great pasta, Cesar salad and of course the bread they serve with the olive oil and rosted garlic pieces was very good. I hadn't been here in forever and I'm glad we had a very nice hot meal for lunch. And thank you again Marco for your hospitality make sure u request him. The prices in the restaurant are a bit high but as I've said before in other reviews what isn't hyped in price but my serving was worth the price. The dish itself is 14.99 add chicken is 4.99 extra so 20.00 dish ok. But it is what it is. The other dish was the same but with shrimp. Bit more but it was good. Both dishes were delicious.
Place was filthy. We had driven over 500 miles and we were pooped or would have left. Feces smeared on bathroom wall by the TP holder. I contacted the manager and she said “ I worked all day and didn’t see any issues” I asked for a full refund and did receive it after contacting corporate. There are other restaurants in the area we later realized. Go somewhere else.
The food tasted great and the service was phenomenal. I usually get someone named Kamila and she is amazing with our orders and customer service. She provides a big smile, positive attitude, and makes me feel welcomed every time. I highly recommend her as she priorities customer service and cares about her customers. 10/10 and would recommend her as well! She checks up on you with a smile on her face. Super friendly. The food is great and always fresh.
Unclean restaurant, food was noticeably microwaved, and outrageously expensive for the poor quality food we got. Our choices included calamari rings, wings, lobster ravioli, and lasagna. The calamari rings were great, and the lobster ravioli was passable, but the remaining two were disgusting. The utensils were dirty and not washed correctly. The only reason I didn't vote 1/5 is because of the friendly staff and great service by the waiter. Outright disappointed, definitely not worth $69 pre-tip.
Great service and great food! Famous Dave's brisket and chopped pork was very good! Our waiter Marcos was excellent. The whole staff, from management to hostess were on top of their game. Even though they were busy, everyone was on task. Definitely going back and recommend others to visit Carino's.
It was OK. To begin with, the waiter took a while to acknowledge us and take our order. I don't think he was very familiar with the menu cause he didn't really seem to know what came with the meals. I ordered a family platter and was not even offered a soup or salad. We've been here plenty of times and ordered the same plates and it always came with a soup or a salad. The waiter did not check up on us that much either. Then it seemed like he forgot to order my daughter's meal because she got it way after we got ours. Luckily the food was amazing and the prices were reasonable.
Johnny Carino's was everything I remembered. I hadn't been in so long because I no longer live near one. We had a fabulous lunch after going to the zoo. Plus, lunch special was bogo-- buy one get one free. That is a fantastic deal! Food was hot and fresh.
I'm sorry but this did not seem like a $100 dinner. Old/brown lettuce. Burnt calzone. Soupy artichoke dip and didn't get the pita like the description said. Cold chicken in my Alfredo. Only good thing was (and reason for the 2nd star) my kiddos enjoyed their spaghetti and ravioli. But without their drinks because those were sadly forgotten.
Was very disappointed today. I ordered an appetizer and it was done very poorly. I couldn't believe their cook allowed the order to go out like it. We then received our main dish. The chicken was very dried and not fresh at all. The chicken tasted like it was just thawed out. Very disgusting. Will not be returning.
Both chicken parms were hard & dry. Hard to cut through with a knife. Alfredo sauce had no flavor. Italian nachos were stale. Bad smell near the rr. Slow service even though there were few tables.
