When you order off the menu you expect what it's said. I ordered the Smoked Jack Panini it has Avocado, turkey, tomato, cheese on a panini bread. I expect Avocado it did not say a smudge of Avocado as if you wiped the knife on the bread. Or you added it as if it was Pesto come on y'all get wid it. To begin the sandwiches are pricey. You go in and expect a nice made sandwich for what you pay for. Was just dissapointed they need to pre-review the menu or retrained to make their sandwiches guys. Here's my proof what I mean where the heck is the ??..I'm sure if it was for you on the other end I bet it be nice and pretty of a sandwich and made sure you didn't omit any ingredients. ?♀️ get with it yall.

Got out late from work the other night and I was really craving soup (comfort food). I got to the pick up station and my food was ready. Food was very tasty and quite satisfying.
They gave me the wrong order when I arrived even though I told the cashier my name which was the name under which the order was placed. They corrected it after I let them know. I checked to see if my order was right and it seemed to be ok. When I got home I realized they hadn’t added Any of the dressings I had requested for the salmon sandwich. Nothing. It was dry and flavorless,Very disappointing.
We ordered delivery for our kids and baby sitter to arrive between 5:30-6 pm.It’s arrived at 4:15…. The food will be ruined by dinner. So the 1 star is for delivery timing, bc I paid extra for it and $45 is steep for 3 sandwiches that aren’t going to be fresh in an hour.Timing is kinda important with food.

You order your sandwich at the beginning of the line and then they seat you with a number. They bring your food out to you. The sandwiches go through a line, much like Subway where you can see them making them. Only this place has some of the best and unique sandwiches ever. There is also a large salad bar and ice cream cones for dessert. The only thing I didn't like was that the menu on the wall was hard to read if you eyes aren't perfect. The print was really tiny. It would be nice if they offered paper versions at the entrance as well. It was a very busy place, but everything moved quickly. Would definitely go again.

ordered corned beef sandwich today. should have went to NY deli for this. 50/50 chance of getting a quality corned beef from this or any Jason's deli.(have been to others and get the same type of sandwich) at this point will stick with the place that I know makes a good corned beef sandwich. ended up tossing this one after 3 bites..?
The food is alright. I really like going when Yuridia works, she's great. She fixed the problems witj my order and was really fast and nice.
