Staff was friendly and attentive. Food is fresh and delicious compared to other jack n box In the valley. Really recommend the sourdough double meat baconator...make sure to add lettuce and tomatoes...fast and friendly service. Worth going.
Just went to this jack in the box, and right away Victor's attitude was off. My husband ordered a #4 plain with just cheese and medium curly fries. We get to the window and of course the guy again with his attitude charges us 7.45 for a burger and fries with no drink and no receipt. Sure enough my husband says I bet our order is wrong, I still give him the benefit of the doubt and wait till I get home. I get home and yes, our burger has mayo, lettuce, and tomato. At this point it is 2:29 am and I am not going to go back and argue with a guy who is probably the one in charge. I will wait later on in the day to take back the wrong order that will NOT be eaten.
I have gone many times at night and when you speak at them spanish they give the worst service, they give the wrong items and give you you're order in the meanest way unacceptable

Food was good, but dine in area w is dirty and water on floor by soda machine, the water reached all the way to door. I almost fell. Never going to this location again.
As far as the food goes I have no complaints and I've always had good quality food when buying from this establishment. The only downside I've had occasionally with the Jack-in-the-Box specifically is them getting my order partially wrong a few times in the past, and me having to come back and have them correct the order. All in all do a good place to eat.
I absolutely love this place the food is good and it makes for a perfect late dinner after a football game or marching contest.
No soy sauce for my egg roll order. Tacos are great.
3 stars because I used to love this place and because the overall made up drunk night junk food tastes good. The jumbo jack meat quality has gone out the window. The buns they use now does taste better....but the exchange is not worth it.
