I speaked with one of the employes of the night shift and i asked them how many they were and they told me that they were only 3 people. What that is really bad they should get more people i waited for 30 minutes for my order and plus it was wrong. i know it was not their fault because they were only 3 people and a big lines of cars all the way to the street. it seems they dont care about their workers. they should put more people in their night shift.
Went around 930pm on a Thursday they had no onions at all…when half there menu has onions I got the new sourdough melt the bread was hard as a rock..the fries were cold no salt and tasted like the frozen ones you get at Walmart. And they had no condiments at all no ketchup mustard ranch hot sauce!!! Very disappointed would like to get a response back p.s they gave me the wrong drink as well
2/8/2022 I just got home with our meals and wow. The burgers are smaller and more expensive! When my son saw my sourdough jack he asked where the meat was! The fries were ridiculously cold and we were still in the parking lot! Very big disappointment. The "meat" tastes weird! If it even is meat! YUCK! I think I need to stop eating out. These places I've been to lately in Brownsville Tx are a joke! If I could I wouldnt even give it a star. Jack in the box on SPI hwy SUCKS!
The food is always nice and hot. Fries are always fresh. At least the times that I have gone to get food.
The worst customer service ever!!!! Everyone is so rude! I was ordering and the drive thru cashier was annoyed with me ordering and another worker was telling me to make up my mind ! It was totally uncalled for ! I had my child with me too! Extremely rude ! I’d give no stars to this place ! Please don’t go with your family if your trying to enjoy your meal and time ! Horrible place ! Do not recommend this place !

Been here twice in 2 weeks and their ice maker has been broken both times and our orders come back messed up.
Very horrible, no ice,for drinks very ridiculous of management, they could of at least go get ice , if you could call that management, not a problem solver. dining area extremely cold and it 36 degrees outside, i think its warmer outside than inside. I ordered on app and still had to wait till the people ordering in person finish to get acknowledged that i was standing there to pick up order. Pointless to order on app.
The food is really good and the service is fast, the best thing is definitely the curly fries!
The southwest salad came only with two little pieces of chicken... They looked like nuggets.
