Service was good. Only thing is the floor was super slippery was afraid my elderly uncle would fall and hurt himself
Excellent service had a coupon 2 for 11 Chrispy ranch chicken ranch club sandwiches and they were hot,along with the fries and we received them dinner in in a timely manner.very happy with our visit here and will be back.
I ordered food online for my son and they did not give him the full order. Oscar, the rude and unprofessional employee refused to give him the curly fries that I ordered and paid for. The order I placed right before that one took my son awhile to get. Oscar tried to say it didn’t come through and my son called me to screen shot the order. I will be calling corporate. This is ridiculous that you can’t trust to order online. I tried calling the store several times and it goes straight to voicemail.
Spacious, great service. They even let you fill your own soda, unlike a lot of places. Would go again.

I should have known things were going to be bad when I couldn't even understand what the lady was saying. Either she can't talk very well of the speaker is messed up. Secondly they didn't have any tea available but didn't tell us that until we arrived at the window to pay. How can you not have tea ready at 6pm? Thirdly I had ordered the loaded tiny tacos and they gave me the plain ones instead. I didn't find this out until I had ordered a tea from McDonald's down the road. Probably one of the worst experiences so far at Jack In The Box.
Heard a lot of negative reviews about this restaurant always getting orders wrong and I decided to ignore it. However, very disappointed with my first time visit to this restaurant location and definitely my last time going. I ordered and asked for the chicken homestyle ranch sandwich with NO RANCH ( I repeated myself twice) and they still put ranch in my sandwich.
