Ordered a side of Broccoli, didn’t know the side only comes with three. Service was slow, no refills. Over cooked food. Management needs to step it up!
This restaurant is one of the cleanest one I have visited. Their customer service is superb. Even the manager seems to care for his customers and is constantly attentive to their needs. I visited during rush hour and even with full restaurant, the servers, bus boy and manager showed appreciation t8 all their customers. Overall a great family restaurant. Highly recommend it.

Might not seem fair to one star but they need staff we were waiting in the front to be seated about 15 minuets in looking at the people sitting down looking around because the wanted to be helped we realized they might be having personal shortages. And decided to leave. No one ever greeted or anything. Not sure what was going on.
Asked for the angus patty melt, gave me a kids burger patty on Texas toast. 80% bread. Been here many times with no problems. Lies to me by saying that’s how they all come. Examine your food

This place needs hostes to sit you. When we got there there was a family waiting in front of us and then another family gets here and they attend them first instead of in the order we came in .They have the waiters sitting people causing them to get distracted and not provide good service . The food was good but they need to be more organized
is the new location so we decided to go for the 3 rd time but restaurant was full like last time , waiting line was 20 mins aprox, service was poor, not enough waittresses, i got No refills in my coffee cause they was too busy and i asked 2 times but never got it. asked 3 times for a glass of water that waitress keept forgetting. im dissapointed, so im going back to the one in pablo kisel location.
Good customer service, but my order was messed up twice. I'm on a specific diet and ended breaking it just because I didn't want to wait for another dish mightve also been wrong
The Cali roasted melt sandwich was ok…. They did exaggerated in the mayo, it would’ve been a little better with not to much, and the burger for my son took forever to get there, he was the first one to order because he was super hungry and was the last to get his food after everyone’s else was served and probably 15 min after he got his burger, so that’s the time I waited to start my dinner with him, the waitress was helpful, she did ok, I just know something went wrong in the kitchen, overall the experience was nice, we enjoyed ourselves, that’s what we always try, to make sure the experience is about enjoying and tasting every plate and talk about which plate was the best of all.
