We order at work and they didn't send all the food!!! Co worker didn't have brunch?my spicy poblano omelet was only rolled egg nothing came w it so disappointed. I called and manager said he would personally do my order again but I never went back..

I tried the brunch Burger with the onion rings but I didn't quite like it. It sounded appetizing on the menu but it didn't live up to my expectations. Next time I'll just stick to one of my favorites or perhaps I'll try one other chicken sandwiches see how those are.

Waitress did not speak fluent English. Also served me a side salad half full of water and half an onion and 2 slices of tomato from burgers. Also gave me a pile of condiments that probably were thrown away after.
Bad experience. Ordered a gluten free salad as advertised on their gluten free menu. Salad came out with pickled jalapenos all mixed into the salad. Told the waitress that the salad isnt supposed to come with jalapenos and that it made me nervous because since I wanted a gluten free meal this made me nervous for cross contamination since there were unusual ingredients accidentally put in my salad. She said that the salad comes with jalapenos and it says it on the menu. So my bf asks to see a menu again. We show her that the salad does not say jalapenos as an ingredient. So she takes it back and then tells us that the cook says we are lying and that we put the jalapenos there...which obviously we didnt do that....long story short manager had to come apologize and get aother salad, which I did not eat, and he charged us for BOTH salads.
Big breakfast! Hearty. Night time is the best time for this.
My partner and I came in for a Thanksgiving brunch. The food was good. We ordered the French Toast Combo and the steak omelette. The reason for the 5 star rating is the fabulous service from Jose Luis. He should be promoted to manager or district manager of customer service.
It was a short wait, but it did take a while to get our drinks after ordering one coffee and an apple juice. The food was also a long wait and they even forgot to bring the extra avocado we requested. Other than that the servers were able to bring the extra request we made for the avocado. In all it was ok but it would be nice to have more help during the mornings.
We had a great experience. Delicious breakfast and coffee; after we were sat, the waiter brought us a high chair for our little one and as I was about to sanitize it (because this is what I always do at restaurants) the busser rushed to us and offered to do it. He was awesome!We ordered the Colorado Omelette and it was great but what blew us away was the Harvest Grain ‘N Nut pancakes ?!The service was beyond exceptional, from management, busser, and our server Efrain.Five Stars for IHOP today from the Q’s. We will be back soon.
