Went today, the shelves were empty, the store was empty and it took two employees five minutes to acknowledge us. We were told that they only had three types of donuts available. Women's restroom was locked and the men's restroom was filthy with no toilet paper or hand towels. Either they're shutting this store down or this store really has gone down the drain.
Giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because I am an avid Dunkin fan (born and raised new englander). But the franchise owner or management have got to do something about their inventory. I’ve been here multiple times early-ish (between 8AM-9AM) and they are always out of so many products. They need to either make or order (whichever they do) more donuts and bagels.
My order was wrong. I ordered 1/2 dozen of assorted donuts and I received 2 donuts 1 glazed and one pink sprinkles. This is why I stopped coming.
Worst Dunkin Donuts ever! Every time I go there is nothing available. The store closing time on the website posts it closes at 10pm but when you arrive around 830pm or 9pm employees state it's already closed. Employees also state the product is not available due to either their oven is already off or they are already cleaning it, mind you this is still around 8pm. Keep noticing teenagers just wondering off in the store & on their phones, but yet they don't even having donuts available. It's ridiculous!
Variety is very limited. Donuts that were sold to us was a least 2 days old, tasted like cardboard. Don't waste your money on this place.
Love Dunkin coffee it's so much better tasting than Starbucks. Overall good experience, drive thru line moved quickly. Only complaints are the store is not open to walk through customers- so only drive through is option. Second complaint, I went at 10 and they were out of donuts ?.
They need better management and serious customer service training. Sure, things run out, but that doesn’t mean you don’t try to make it better for everyone. This location is ghetto.
The place didn’t have donuts
Store operation is a nightmare. I placed an order through the app but was told at the speaker box they were out of several items. This would not have been a big issue but multiple items were also missing when I left. I went back and they claimed they didn’t give me a replacement for those items because there’s no exact dollar equivalent for it. Staff looked annoyed as we were trying to figure out how to solve the issue which were never solved, I left without many items that could not be refunded to me because “ that’s an issue to take up with the app.” This store has a number of professionalism issues that need to be addressed.
It took them 20 mins to get me just one iced coffee while employees were joking around and talking to someone else who was not in uniform but seemed to be a visiting employee. I was not the only one. 3 more persons were upset waiting for their order for quite too long. At the end they asked the lady before me if she wanted almond milk instead as there wasn't any. She said yes but it was my coffee, they confused with her order. So I ended up getting something someone else decided.
