Excellent Customer Service! I made a mistake when ordering my pizza online. Unfortunately I ordered the pizza without pepperoni because of the layout of the website. Luckily they understood my mistake and remade the pizza and delivered it again. That was Above and Beyond my expectations. Thank You

Place a online order for curbside pickup. No problems. Friendly personal with great customer service.
So I get confirmation my order is ready I go into the store and the clerk asks if I paid already I kindly tell him yes online. He proceeds to check if my order is ready and then he says my order still isn’t ready…..
Ordered pizza on line. Site said 11min.to pickup. Traveled 10 miles to store. With traffic about 15 minutes. Pizza wasn't ready. Ok they were busy. Waited 10 minutes in store when manager said to wait in car and they would bring it to me. About 5 minutes later manager told me they gave my pizza to another customer by mistake. 10 minutes more I was about to ask for a refund when they brought my pizza out. Bad service. My pizza should have been free for all the wait time.
