Hadn't gone in a long while. Was close by with my mom so stopped by. The the manager was very helpful he took our order. Food very good. We had a great late lunch. Thanks keep up the great work. Be back again soon.
The employees are very courteous and nice. It is good, but it could be better with more of a variety of pizzas and sweets.
Great everytime we go! Food is great and the older gentleman who picks up dishes makes sure we eat our food hot instead of cold! Great customer service!

Would never go again their was a smell in the place. Food was very cold and just looked like it sat out too long. As soon as we sat my kids wanted too leave so we did. We didn't even eat. We just left.
Great experience with my family just now. There was a gentleman helping cook, calling out orders, and going around the tables asking everyone how everything was. I am assuming it was the manager. Will definitely be returning.
Some of the buffet pizza was burnt. When asked for personal pizza took 20 minutes. The restrooms left much to be desired. I should've just gone to chik-fil-a. Charges more for plastic cups. There are way better pizza places.
11/06/2021;Cici's # 236 (Brownsville,TX) worst ever,no pasta,no pizza,no deserts on a Saturday around 6:30pm with around 45-55 customers inside waiting for food,those workers need to get their act together and stop fooling around in the back.
Cici's used to be the go to place to get a good bang for the buck for the whole family, especially to hang out with others in there as well. Lately, the restaurant has been decaying in a way where you don't feel that "you're at home with family" feeling, especially with the food! Something changed upstairs in the corporate area and I get it, but how are you going to keep those customers if you're changing what people liked the most about? Good food, good place, just like family ?? Hoping for a better visit next time, cici's, you got this!
