I don’t know why I even keep trying to go there at all. They NEVER have any spicy chicken and when they tell you they have it they wait for you to pay to tell you it’s a 25 minute wait on the spicy. I try to order ahead in order not to have to wait but there again, they never ever answer the phone. Terrible service.. if my wife liked Popeyes or kfc more I would NEVER come here
Management should tell its customers before dining in that the Air Conditioning is out of order so his guests are not uncomfortable, but he or she had zero communication and was not up front with me . I went to the counter several times to complain about the heat inside the restaurant and until the third time they admitted that their A/C unit was not working and maintenance had been called. I had my family with me and two of us have underlined health conditions.
I hadn't eaten there for over a year,today I wanted some churchs chicken. I was completely disappointed. The best part of the meal was the biscuits and the tea.The chicken tasted nothing like churchs in fact it didn't seem to have any seasoning at all not even salt.The tenders were just as bad and the mashed potatoes had almost no gravy and the little gravy had no taste.
Long line in drive thru. They usually park the people whose orders are not ready. But because it's s bit cold right now, they ptefer to make us all wait. Been here over 30.minutes and we just came for pies ?.
The chicken had an after taste.like if the oil was old or the chicken was going bad ,we couldnt eat it.will go to different location.
These people helped me when I didn't have enough money to pay them. God bless this staff.
Food was good and hot but they didn't have any biscuits available at the time I got my food
Drove up to window, lady asked what would you like to order? I began to order and all of a sudden she went quiet …. I noticed that it turned 10PM while I was ordering, drove up to the window and they literally blocked the window. Never going there again! She could have simply said,” Sorry, we are closed”.
