Stellar customer service, they were having trouble with their system but were still very courteous. We ordered icecream cones and waffle fries (they had the perfect amount of salt) and weren't excessively oily.
I’ve been a customer for many years now, and even though is not always that they lack customer service, lately it has happened continuously. Food orders not being done correctly, curbside takes longer than long usual, even if you order in advance, etc. Before posting this comment, I tried to resolve issues or what they are lacking either with supervisors or even with Alex aviles, they would always give you a number where to call, but this number is a 1866 number where they never respond to your concerns. I would definitely change Chick-fil-A locations.
Great service and good handle on the drive thru. The food was soooo good, no complaints!
Chicken sandwich is top tier. Went with my girlfriend who had never gone to Chick-fil-a and now she has a new favorite burger. This particular one is super clean and does not feel like you are in a fast food joint. 10/10
Wonderful ! Christopher made it so pleasant. I had the #3, eight chicken nuggets, fries and a peppermint milkshake. Yummy mm. It was so good that I got a duplicate order to go for my wife. I made some points over that.
The staff is usually nice I've only had a rude person once. As far as the food, it's good but I feel like this store buys the cheaper chicken. If you go upstate or to other better states the chicken nuggets are usually little delicious morsels that taste like gods testicles. But here like 90% of the nuggets are full of fat. But it's whatever. Chick fil a is delicious no matter what.
To start off one of the older ladies was very sweet, but she could slow down just a bit, my girlfriend asked for no pickles, and she got pickles in her sandwich, she’s allergic to pickles, it’s ok she really only wanted fries, the lady also got the wrong orders, but we felt bad for the lady cause she was running around. As I go back to get a refill, a lady was helping a guest out, and as it’s my turn to be helped, she looks at me and ignores me. Which is fine maybe she was busy I thought, but she looks at me again rolls her eyes and walks away again. A young man helped me since he saw the lady roll her eyes and walk away the two times. I would just suggest that the associates take deep breathe and relax a bit.
I live close to this chick fil a restaurant and been a customer ever since it opened. I've noticed for awhile now they've been going downhill on their food and drive thru service. It's already been twice since I go and order a large chicken noodle soup. I get home sit down to eat and get nothing but broth. At first I let it slide but this second time is just ridiculous. At the drive thru when ordering i tell them to please make sure i get my condiments and get nothing when I get home. No buffalo sauce no bbq sauce and no crackers for my soup.....so long chick fil a
I ordered the bigger sized so I can get more fries they just shoved my condiments in the container to make it look full like really??? I guess they just thought I wouldn’t notice. What a joke.
Go to this location regularly. The last four or five times I've been there, my order is completely wrong. They forget sides, wrong type of sandwich, etc... Very disappointed as CFA has always been a favorite of ours, but this is getting ridiculous guys..... It shouldn't be that hard to get it right.
