Good restaurant, very friendly and attentive staff. Quality of food was good. The Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds, Bread and Chips and homemade Queso and Salsa never disappoint. I must admit that the New Orleans pasta sauce had no flavor. The chicken and sausage were perfectly seasoned though. Lemon Pepper chicken dish was scrumptious and had a hearty portion.
Congratulations to whoever does employee training. There wasn't one employee that didn't greet us when we came and went. Our server, Diego, was phenomenal! He did everything right. Our food was brought out hot and delicious. It was my husband's first visit to a Cheddar's and my second, but it won't be our last!
The highlight of last night’s visit was they dropped our food. Server was very attentive. Even though restaurant was packed, people were getting tables quickly on a timely manner.We got our croissants straight from the oven. They were delicious!!! Then we got our appetizer, it was good as always.Then the manager came to apologize because they dropped our food but they were already working on it. Asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. Thanks to the appetizer we were okay.Then they brought our food, which was good and portion size was way bigger than the usual. Again, the manager came to apologize once again and asked how we were doing and informed us we would get a discount because of the incident.We didn’t ask for anything. Customer service was exceptional. Those little details make a big difference and we will be back! We are humans, we drop things. Nothing wrong there. Could happen to any of us.
Environment is great and service is great however the pasta was very dry and the sirloin was way over seasoned and poor quality asked for medium well and was over cooked. If you want an up scale chilies then I guess this is supposed to be it? Save your self the trouble do not get the steaks try something else but if it’s pasta ask for them to ensure it has enough sauce.
Cheddars has gone backwards on quality and service. Its ok if you go for chips and dip maybe drinks. But the food sucks now. And the employes spend more time flirting with each other then on service.

Service, food, and prices were great. The only recommendation would be to lower the volume of the music playing in the restaurant. It is usually too loud. We usually try to block it out, but it caused my son with a disability to have a tearful ending to his birthday dinner due to the overly stimulating music volume.
The atmosphere pleasant & warm. Our waiter was great. Very contentive & smiling & prompt. Food was delious & plentiful. Enough for 2 more meals for me. Prices are right too. Very enjoyable. Highly recommended.
Always too cold in there! I am from Wisconsin, so I don't get cold easily. Here is the clincher, though:. Water tastes like water from a resaca. Nasty! Waitress already knew it when we told her, & offered to get some out of the coffee spigot????? We declined because it sounded weird. Then we ordered a diet coke so we had something to drink. It was fine. Drank half of it & she charged us for it. We complained about the charge & she took it off our bill. WARNING people:. Tap water is NASTY, & they won't clean the taps!!
