IT WAS A 50$ ORDER AND JUST GOT HALF LEMON AND 1 PACK OF TORTILLAS 1 SALSA ,WHAT I HATED THE MOST IS THAT THE MANAGER IS NOT TRAINED TO HANDEL ISSUES LIKE THIS HE'S RUDE AND A IDI0T VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL 0 STARS IF I COULD!

The food is amazing, the atmosphere feels genuine, and the staff are the best. Jesus is a damn good employee here. He is always there when you need something, always with a good attitude and speedy. You can’t go wrong here; good food, good people.
0 stars if I could. First, the cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing. I ordered ahead of time and the girl said it'd take 15-20 mins. Took like 30+ mins to get my order, but I figured the food would be fresh and hot. I got 2 taco orders with charro beans and lemonades. When I got to my destination, mind you, it was only 4 minutes away, the food was cold, the beef was dry and probably days old. The onions were over cooked and greasy. The lemonades didn't have ice, they were hot. The beans needed to be cooked more. I am so disappointed and frustrated, I wanted my brother who has been hospitalized for the past 2 weeks to have a nice meal and couldn't even get him that. Will never come back here again.
I was very disappointed on my order . I ordered the usual The texana it came with beans a la charra and ordered a chori queso and rice. The beans were awful ,the worse I've ever tasted. The beans were just boiled in water and No salt added and were still not fully cooked. The rice had No flavor the chori queso was burned . The fajitas were tender but tasted a little burned. I spent 57 dollars on dinner and was very disappointed. This will be the last time I EVER order from BIGO'S EXPRESS. I didn't even bother to call to complain what for it's not like they were going to refund my money. Next time I will just cook dinner MYSELF!!!?
Great service. Cashier spoke both English and Spanish which helped me out alot. Food was great, tastes the same as the one on Paredes.
It’s Bigo’s, need I say more. The fajitas from this place are great. An order of Fajitas for Four comfortably feeds two and if stretched correctly with the frijoles a la charra and tortillas it will feed four. I’ve never been disappointed when ordering take-out. Service is great as well, staff is always friendly. Frijoles a la Charra that come with an order are delicious.
Menu not clear enough about the panchos, had to order a separate order of fajita because i had to order the “bigos panchos”to get fajita on my panchos. Not be a Karen but that’s ridiculous. Never ordering here again, panchos are supposed to come with fajita.

In a word, Delicious. Bigo's was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. We ordered pick-up, it was ready on time and the staff was very friendly.
