Don’t care how good a place is, you shouldn’t ignore your customers at the door. I wasted 12 minutes of my lunch just to stand inside the restaurant. I rarely leave reviews but you deserve 0 stars. A “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way.
Brisket prepared all the seasoning ??, delicious. I took a brisket and they prepared. I went the next day and it was delicious ? wow!!
I literally can't say enough about these fine folks. Not only did they make the finest brisket I have ever had, they are also amazing people. We needed a last minute caterer for our May the 4th barbecue, and they came through in a stunning fashion. The brisket was moist and delicious and tender, and the smoked chicken was to die for. From here on out a trip to Brownsville will just not be the same unless I visit.
Big E’s is the best barbacoa in town. Smoked, delicious, not too much fat, and served hot. The tamales are fantastic as well. Texas Monthly missed this one.
Epic meats...the service was excellent and the food was amazing. My initial reaction upon unveiling my sandwich was "HOMERUN" but once I tasted it, it was a "GRAND SLAM!" I'LL definitely be back...
