Not even 24hours after eating wingstop i became sick. Went to the Hospital and i had food poisoning. Would never spend a penny here again. Uncooked food .
We love the wings but as usual the order was incomplete. This time no dipping sauces. Less wings by a few in the order.
Ordered online and it was pretty easy. The staff was working hard and the order was ready right when they said it would be -- packing it up as we walked in the door. Not much seating for eating in, but perfect for a quick take-home meal or on the go.
Many times now our food was not correct when delivered. This time they left out sides for 2 of our 4 combos. When asked to make it right they placed blame on door dash and we never received our missing items
I like the habenero and spicy Korean chicken pieces, French fries are good. Always walk out satisfied.
Clean restaurant and friendly service. Food was brought out quickly and was well made. One of the better Wing Stop franchisees that I've visited.
After driving almost 40 miles I order the crew pack 30 wings / veggie sticks $48.07. I take it $60.00 cash, the young lady tells me that their only accepting exact change, I then asked her are they accepting credit cards, she nods yes. So I take out a Mastercard and she then tells me they don't take Mastercard.First of all who carries exact change? This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location, that's why I brought cash.This location in Brenham has turned me away from Wingstop, I'd eat grass with the cows than accept a free meal from Wingstop, Sorry excuse for a business.
Food is great service is slow. I had a very simple order and took way to long for the items I got.
Horrible service, the credit card machine is always messed up, we dine in for lunch and it’s empty and it still takes them at least 20 minutes to get our food. And idk why they clean the floor at lunch time.
Ordered chicken tender combo. Both the tenders and seasoned fries were EXTREMELY salty. Combo came with a drink - ordered Sprite and received some neon yellow liquid in the cup. Smelled like Sprite, but was definitely not taking the risk of drinking yellow Sprite.
