Never eat here
I got someone else's order in the drive through. I'm not sure what I was expecting. Part of the Texas charm. ?
Worst Whataburger experience ever. Incoming for years and these little girls they have behind The counter can’t get an order right gave attitude because they messed our order up did not give us pancakes in our breakfast platters. It’s like nobody’s working in here whoever the manager is should be in embarrassed.
Ordered curbside. Waited 10 minutes. Called and was told to come inside which makes 0 sense for curbside. Then waited 15 minutes inside. Finally asked to speak to the manager who said the order had been ready since I placed it, 30 minutes ago. Hit and miss here EVERY time.
Whoever said this drive-through was fast must have the internal pace of a snail. I only just placed my order after 20 minutes. Only 3 cars ahead of me. 20 mins. Took them 5 to answer the intercom.
Went through the drive-thru window, woman lied and said that she checked the bag to see we have everything, she said we did. Which we didn’t, long story short, she lied about us having everything. Disappointed.
The Apple Cranberry Chicken Salad was good my wife said. I had a jalapeno cheese burger that was ok, nothing to write home about, not as good as Brenham' own Dairy Bar. Very disappointed because I was looking forward to a green chili burger like was advertised on tv, but they said they don't carry green chili. Bummer
Just ate breakfast today December 31st 2021 my last bite of my pancakes I found a long black hair and all they wanted to do was give me another order of pancakes instead of refund my money wow
Drive thru takes FOREVER, but at least we are served hot food, I guess
Its always clean staff is great. Food good can't ask for anything else
