Wasn't greeted by employee... he just looked at me until I ordered. When he did attempt to ask a question he was mumbling and we could not hear him.. the lady who claims to be the owner is very rude and unpleasant.. Sure wish we had a good sandwich shop in town... will never go to subway again.... I caution anyone who has the thought to go to subways in Brenham.... you will be very disappointed!!!!!!!!!
I just left this store. The woman that was working tonight had to remake my sandwich due to the very rude and behaviorally challenged "night manager" that burnt my bread ( no apology or offer to remake my sandwich when I brought it up). He greeted me with a mumbling "Whaz up?" when I entered the store. Not to mention that he threw my food together. Terrible...

Wasn't satisfied this time. The sandwich making area was really messy and the meats wasn't restocked. It did not look as fresh and clean as the last time I was there. The customer service is excellent. Jay is a great employee. Both times I visited the store he does outstanding service. The other employees were very nice as well. It just looks as if they got slammed with the lunch rush and didn't clean up or restock the area as well as before.

Person prepared my food was coughing and wasnt wearing a mask he refused to prepare another sandwich. I paid for sandwich and discarded it in garbage. I think he should have prepared me another sandwich after he coughed the sandwich he prepared for me.
Morning crew was exceptional the employees brought me joy to be there early in the morning
