Friendly staff, but they were out of a lot of the food selections. I like the drink flavors, but would easily choose another coffee option if it were available just because Starbucks in general is a liberal and is one of the first stores that allowed men and women to use the same bathrooms. They like to be trendy, but having family and Godly values is what I value.

Very friendly peopleFresh coffeeMy only complaint is they fill the cups way to full..See I went through and bought 2 Vente Pike coffees. They fill it to the very top of the rim so when you drive and of course the coffee moves around and then it comes through the hole in the lid and burnt my hand & the passengers hand. You'd be surprised how much can spill through the hole in the lid from Starbucks to the hotel especially on rough roads.Maybe a 20yr old or a 30yr old can deal with the hot coffee burning there hands but senior citizens take medications that thins the blood and the skin is more delicate and thinner too..I'm 63 & the other person is 72..STOP FILLING THE CUPS SO DARN FULL PLEASE""THANK YOU""

Never have a problem with the service. It is definitely annoying though when I visit they are always out of the same creamers and syrups. If you can, order more consistently please. I got a bagel one time and was told that they were out of cream cheese.. like if you're out of cream cheese you improvise and buy more at a local store until next shipment? If star bucks doesn't give out a corporate credit card to the manager that runs the location for those kind of expenditures that's crazy for as big of a company they are.

this is by far the slowest starbucks i’ve ever been to. I go to college here, so i’ve been here multiple times and it’s always takes FOREVER! so it discourages me from going so much tbh and there’s never even THAT many people there. like the one by my house is always packed and i’m in and out in 10 mins. I gave 3 stars only because after 30 minutes, the drinks are fine. but they better be fine after the long wait so idk. just go to the coffee shop downtown. cheaper and faster.

The barista, Joy, was absolutely amazing! She was calm and efficient even on a Black Friday morning. Why I only gave 3 stars is because of the “management” sitting on her laptop ,amongst the chaos , not helping her team at all. When we walked in the door, it sounded as though she was giving an employee some sort of review or corrective action at the front table. As a former manager, I was always the front line of defense, not an observer.

Quick service! Standard Starbucks roasts, nothing special. But you know what kind of coffee and experience you’re gonna get no matter the location. The morning baristas are great.

Insanely busy (day after thanksgiving) but staff handed everyone like a pro. Great coffee. Only wish they’d (the city) would do something about the roads/parking/entrance sotuation. Traffic is rough.

I love this place. The people are so nice always.

Grabbed myself a peppermint mocha on the first day they were available for the season. It hit the spot!

Left empty handed after waiting 20+ minutes for a breakfast sandwich. At that point told they couldn’t say how much longer it would be but just pointed to a row of tickets. It might have been tasty if I had the perseverance to stick it out.
