4:30 Sunday afternoon March 13th I was standing in the lobby waiting for my order to be ready a driver comes in with one of those two pick/ dental floss hanging out of his mouth he goes behind the counter and starts handling people's orders not washing his hands and he's taking the pick dental floss out of his mouth and sticking it back in and touching everything behind the counter and I told the manage about it and he just stood there and laughed about it well I won't be going back there as long as he's working there
Very good pizza. Wait time wasn't too bad either!!
Worst store I ever been. Disorganized and poorly trained stuff. Pizza got placed all over the places and can't locate the order other than read the tag one after another. It takes them 20min to bake a pizza then 45 min to locate my orders
Ordered a pizza at 1pm. At 3pm still no pizza. They claimed they left it on the door step but actually delivered it to another address. Only 1 driver and would take another two hours if we still wanted it. Terrible customer service, would reccomend going somewhere else.
They didn't want my business I'm inside trying to make a order I was told to make my oder online.
Love the pizza, especially at this location and the service is always friendly and helpful!
These people do an awesome job!!!! Had a couple hiccups but they were corrected immediately and I will keep ordering from them!!!
The pizza and dessert was delivered to my motel and it was a of they took it out of the oven just then. I read bad reviews about this Papa John's but everything else was closed and I was so hungry I took a chance... honestly, it's probably the best pizza I've had from a Papa John's! Thank you for getting me the yummy food so quickly last night!
I was left on hold for twenty minutes, while driving there, only to find out their computers were down. They were not taking any orders. It would have saved me a trip, if she had told me over the phone.
