This was absolutely the worst burger I have ever tasted. The meat tasted like it was of undetermined composition. The supposed garlic butter tasted like a greasy chemical sludge. I will never again make the mistake of entering a Jack in the Box drive through again no matter how hungry I get while traveling. I really can't understand why anyone eats there.

The manager at this specific store has the patience of a Saint! And his drive-thru worker has equal amount. Not only did these two put up with my pickiness like Champs, they never stopped being courteous and their smiles never quivered. If you roll through Taylor, and are hungry, stop in here and meet David and Micah for some really friendly service and food made with caring hands!
I only stop by maybe once or twice a month after I clock out of work and can I just say the night crew is a hoot! They're so sweet, and I can tell work hard to keep the line moving and everyone happy. The shakes here are great! I prefer them over Sonic, which is known for their drinks!

I didn't eat there. I would have if the bathroom had not smelled so horrible and if there had been hot water to wash my hands. Where are the inspectors!?!

I waited a very long time for a small fry. Customer in front of me ordered a lot of food and should have been pulled around. Service was super slow
