We like the barbecue brisket burger so well that we went and had it when we came to Brenham it was all right but it wasn't as good they didn't make it as well have the one in Portland
Service was good food was horrible. Ordered the Cajun pasta come out of the kitchen like rubber. Must have been old.
Waited 10 minutes to be seated, no one acknowledged us at all, even though several staff members saw us. No one in line, seemed to be pretty dead. We figured they didn’t care they had customers so we left.
I have been to this location numerous times. Staff is always good and only had one bad experience with the food being overcooked. If you like shrimp, pasta, with a little spice...I suggest the shrimp cajun pasta. It also comes in a chicken version that is also really good.
Wow. Ok so I was skeptical about this location after reading some reviews but I couldn't be happier after eating here. I ordered curbside and had some trouble navigating the chili's app and couldn't figure out how to redeem a free reward. Got there and the girl was super kind and helpful. The food was extremely fresh and delicious! Dining room is clean and inviting. Love this Chili's!
I was inroute to Austin going from one job straight to another and had not eaten all day. I was actually needing to eat which is rare. Anyhow, I am super familiar with Chili's menu and I know what I like there, and what I order is quick to get out and quick to eat. I entered the place and stood at the doorway for a good 2 minutes while hosts and servers saw me but decided to ignore my existence. I went and sat at the bar thinking I would get service there...sat there for 15 minutes no bartender came out. Again, servers passing through but not even a "Sir we'll right with you" What the .... Chili's in Brenham!!! You wasted my time! I gave up and walked out. If the meet and greet was that poor, imagine how the food would be and the service if I ever got served. I refuse to pay for bad service. I never like to leave a bad review...Being a business owner myself, I know what they can do to your reputation. So I am leaving this one out of love in hopes that this will help the management keep a closer eye on the floor and their customers. Pull up Chili's in Brenham TX. You aren't right with me and I won't be coming back. I did not slam you with one star but you deserved it... No need to respond ?
Ordered a drink and app before heading to the ladies' room to wash my hands. Was planning on ordering a full meal and prob their brownie dessert but the state in which they left their restrooms was...ALARMING to say the least. Canceled my app, took maybe ONE more sip of my drink, tipped my waitress and left. YIKES.
Friendly staff and go to classic chili favorites! Staff is always so sweet to our young kids and the kiddos really enjoy their meals here.
I met my mom which lives in Conroe Texas here to have lunch while picking up my daughter that was with her a few days over winter break and we throughly enjoyed our experience. Everyone was so friendly and the food was delicious. Thanks Chilis
